Lately I can't play a 'F' at any octave unless I blow really, really hard. I dropped it on cement [ xp accident, i swear!] around October, and It's been fine until now. Might it be me? Or has the damage finally set in?

Well, you should take it to the shop and have it looked at. If it's just now stopping on you than it probably needs to be adjusted or something.

And adjustment screw could have come loose over time and that could be preventing you from playing it.
Bring it to a shop.

it could be the key. It's happened to me before. sometimes if you drop it, it doesn't break completetly. I'd definitly have someone looking at it or else it can get pretty bad.
