It's really a bittersweet relationship, but I really love it, although it was short-lived. They kissed in the anime idk about the manga I'm just about to start that.

crying at first, i thought poor meroko...first havin love issues in her former life with mitsuki's grandpa and grandma, then being tortured by izumi, but later he showed that he really cared for her.
he only left her because of jonathan...
and he did wear the lame costume she made for him... wink
i support this pairing, izumi really likes meroko, even though she is so broken on the inside. they can heal each other.
PLUS! in their animal forms, they look adorable together! a cute lil bunny and a cute lil puppy whee

They really are adorable. I like when Izu-chan blushes around her~
Meroko really deserves someone to love her, especially after so much heartbreak. I'm angry at what he did to her, but I'm glad they made it work. They're adorable in the 7th book, when Mitsuki is performing.
And Checkers-san, the thing with Mitsuki's parents and all that is in the manga. The manga is definitely better than the anime, in so many ways. ^-^

It's that whole love triangle thing. They introduce the love interests early on, and it's all on the heroine to choose....
