im broadening this topic after studying different religions veiws on bioethics, aka things like abortion and cloning.
this topic is for anyone who has thoughts on the subject, for example if they think something within bioethics is morally wrong, or right etc. idc

abortion's fine up to a point in my eyes.
and just for reference, don't get too upset, but P-mind will probably move this to the philosophy thread subforum. this 'lobby' area is just for lighter chitchat.

I'm pro-choice. It's kind of creepy when the government wants to control this kind of stuff, but I guess up to a stage in the development it "looks" like a baby so it seems worse. It's really up to the woman who has the fetus actually growing inside of her, not the government or anyone else. People who are pro-choice have the disadvantage because who wants to kill an innocent baby? >.<

CLoning is wrong because the child wouldn't have any parents. YOu might argue that people could adopt the clone, but then why not just adopt an orphan.
