 This feild of wind turbines located near the Iron Processing Plant provides energy to the entire island without harming the environment.

Tsuki comes out with his dog. He sees the the turbines spin as he throws a tenis ball for his dog to fetch. This is where tsuki comes to practice his wind jutsu. He takes out his sinbao and sticks it into the ground. He does his airbending jutsu handsigns, picks up his pole, and with a swift motion, cuts the air making a sudden breeze throught he turbines. "Ah...now it feels good."

In the sky over the wind turbines, a huge bird was flying with a target in sight...
"yes, I found it!!" steve said in delight...
"Blowing this up will pay me good!"

Kaijin saw the man riding a bird above the windfield. He used hs pocket communicaror as a loudspeaker and said "Attention! You are in restricted airspace! Leave now or face your imminent death!"

Steve jumped suddenly up in the air, sending the clay-swan at the kage...
"Katsu!" And the sculpture exploded before Kaijin.

Kaijin managed to evade the attack but was thrown back a bit. "What the! Who are you?"

As Steve began to fall, he throwed the piece of art beneath himself, made the hand-sign semi tiger and he landed on the C-2 Dragon....

Ancheta was coming back from the beach, and headed to the ikikage's office but saw an explosion. He instinctivly covered his face and saw a man on a dragon.
"What the?" He looked over at another person who was from his village, who was the last kage's son! They were fighting! Man, the village was full of action today.

Kaijin remembered the scroll he had read from Shadow. He did the handsigns and said "Prism Spiral!". A ball of rainbow light formed around Kaijin. It then gained scales which jetted out chakra. If it made contact it would be almost deadly. Kaijin then jumped up, aiming himself at the Intruder. He did the hand signs Monkey, Dog, Ram and said "Rainbow Deadlock!". A target appeared on Steves chest. The jutsu would automatically aim at Steve no matter where he went.

Ancheta saw Kaijin perform the techniques of the rainbow village. Amazing. It was like an art, which is what fighting to Ancheta was supposed to be like. He would hope Kaijin would be sent on the mission to the mist, if the ikikage accepted his idea for a mission to the mist... but now that he thought about it... he didn't have a mission idea to get him to the mist country. He would probably have to go it alone. He would watch this fight first, in case Kaijin needed help.

The same man that was in front of the village only a few secconds ago appeared out of the darkness. His eyes shinned and focused on the area. He was gathering information of the village and planed to get in and out fast. His eyes never forgot and he could relay what he saw at any moment at anytime. His byakuugan was almost like a camera. Only their for a short time he disappeared again.

Ancheta looked back to see another shinobi. Was it an attack?! He followed the man's aura as he vanished.
