Hey ppl.
I come to you with a question.
When you play a skirmish game, do you have superweapons turned on?
I understand that they might make the game too easy (or too hard).
I just want to see what the good people of the guild do.

it depends on if the person i'm playing is just a SW whore, or if they're gonna use them right. sad
Cause I always make no more than 4 or 5 SWs (large game) or 1-3 (1vs1), but people at my school will just hole up in their base and make 20+ nukes, shelling people until they're the last one left. gonk

On Skirmish? Yeah, but only if the computer is on the highest difficulty. Otherwise, that poor thing doesn't have a chance; though, it doesn't change when I put it on the highest difficulty, but that's how I play it. On Zero Hour, I normally play as the Superweapons General not for a cheap Particle Cannon, but for the ridiculous Aurora Alpha Bombers. Two equal a dead Superweapon building. XD

The EMP Patriots are pretty cool, too. I'd have to say, though, infantry are a b***h to kill with those damn things. I always have to get two or three Comanche's to prevent some stupid Black Lotus from taking my stuff...

I actually beat an army on hard (not brutal) using Aroura Alpha. They never sent infantry, for some reason.

it all depends on the game.. if its Zero Hour, maybe.. depending on my opponent. if im the superweapon general however.. im not gonna waste my time building tanks, ill slowly kill their base using alphas and PC'ing their PPs.
and yes... inf are annoying.
now superweapons in any other CnC game.. no thanks. RA2.. if the comp builds a super weapon.. im ********.

lol in RA2 I just prismtank rush them if they get a superwep up, corse that reminds me.....there was a special unit on certain maps that can put a nuclear missle silo to shame, basicaly the unit launchs a cluster missle that causes a nuke missle blast and almost immediatly after detonation, the missle splits in to eight missles with the same blast.
(mind you that this is a nuclear missle super wep. power...)

yea...an to insult to injury....the thing gets promoted in the process..... exclaim ..but on one map that I kno of...even that thing is weak...on that map...if a computer builds a SEAL....it will take FOREVER to kill...I had four of those heilcopters attacking the SEAL and it took at LEAST 15mins to kill that thing..... exclaim exclaim scream
