"Well it's ok, but they eyes are a bit off. Generally the eyes are straight across from each other, regardless of angles and positioning, usually using a cross shape for the face helps keep things in order.
The Hair looks a bit too flat, it's not bad, but it looks unnatural. Try to give it more dimension, if you don't know how you can do so, mainly for a more "original" hairstyle, try to look for references across the net or something, it may help. Reference always helps ^^
Anatomy is a problem anyone can have... not so much that it's hard, or even that you in particular aren't good at it... it's just that like with everything else, it depends on your style and how far you wanna exxagerate.
Yea, skinny cute characters with big heads are adorable, and realistic looking, omg chars fwn too... but the question is what you are trying to portray? While the overall anatomy is good, as well as the exxageration of it, you seem to be wanting to portray a serious character vs. a joke character... it's not all about making some cute good looking character, it's also about having that character fit your overall theme. Yes it's cute, but try to keep that in mind.
Shading and lighting. Just try to keep a stable place as to where light is coming from, and where light is least hitting. Of course there are multiple sources of light but... then it's just a matter of experience and preference as to where those will go <3
Overall... the pic is ok, it's just a matter of refining little things like that. Sorry if it seems kinda mean that I point it out so bluntly but, sometimes, critisizm is more important than "omg good job" and ending it at that. Knowing our mistakes allows us to work on them. This isn't meant to crush your morale. To be a truly good artist (heck to be a good anything), you need to be able to deal with "negative" comments too.
