Yes, 8 rolls of exposed film, waiting to be developed. Some of them dating back a year or more.
Developing film is expensive crying
Just thought I'd mention that. Because I'm bored and I felt like sharing.
Anyone else have a large surplus of exposed film sitting around waiting to be developed?

I have a roll of film that I took with a friend's Canon AE-1 from a year ago and a roll from my Hasselblad that STILL haven't been developed. I'm too afraid to see the results, haha x_x Plus both rolls are black and white film and I refuse to take it to a place that will undoubtedly develop them on paper intended for color prints. I hate that blue-ish tone photos get when they're printed on non-bw print paper. Stupid color film D=

Taryn, you don't have to order prints when you get your film developed.

I know but I don't have access to an enlarger so I can't even print them myself. And there are no places where I live that print on black and white paper; you have to send them out and it costs a fortune.

[Girl Hearts Crayons] - I think what Nothronychus is getting at is that, if all you want to do is get the photos onto the computer, you can always just get the negs develop and scan them using a neg scanner (they can be bought for fairly cheap, around 50 bucks if you're lucky). Of course, if you want prints, you're outta luck. But at least then you have digital copies.

but pricing is quite scary sad
I just went to all the photo places in my town and none do that kindof developing and i asked where they would and they said online D: but I dunno how it works and just arrrrg

Update: the film-that-needs-to-be developed toll is now up to over 12. razz
Another update, I just drove (well, got driven) 30 minutes out to the nearest lab that advertised black and white developing of 120 film, only to find that they don't do it in house, they mail it out to another lab.
Wrar. I need a darkroom.
