My brother can't be trustd anymore in my family becuase he was a herion addict for a few months, wanted to kill himself, then we took him to the hospital and rehab center place. He has been off of the drug now for 33 days [YAY!!!!] but has been lying to my parents to go to his frineds houses. So today he told my dad he was going to blockbuster to return some videos when he actually went to his friends house. [he has been hiding the DVDs in the glove compartment of his car] So my dad found them and started screaming and yelling at my brother for lying to him [The whole time my dad is drunk and my mom is outside watering.] Then my little cousin [whose house I am at now] caled in the middle of all the yelling and made my mom come inside to help my brother out since my dad started beating him. [my dad is a big guy, used to be in the army, alot stronger than my 19 year old brother] So my mom comes inside and starts yeling at my dad. I hang up the phone after talking with my little cousin and go downstairs in the basement and starte screaming into my pillow. I swear my family is going straight to hell and I can't take it anymore. My older sister [27] lives with her husband and told my brother if he ever needed to talk and s**t to come to her house. And whats even worse is that my brother is on anti-depression medication now too. I HATE MY FAMILY!!!!! So to get away from it all I made my mom take me to my Aunt's house and leave my dad and my brother at home so all I've been worrying about is what happened when my mom took me here with my brother and dad. Cause he would beat the s**t out of him...he has done it before and we had to call the cops to make him stop. T-T

You would think he would be smart enough to take the movies back even if he was going over to his friend’s house b/c they call when there late... Plus he is 19 and if he is such a pain they should just kick him out, that way your dad wouldn't get the chance to beat on him...does sound good...are u ok does your dad hit you? I hope not I hope you are safe...keep your head up you only have to stay there for a little and then you can leave it all behind...my family is pretty ******** up to.

Yeah but he would have no where to go if they did kick him out. Plus he would probably go back to his old lifestyle and he doesn't have any money so he wouldn't be able to get his medicine from the doctor. And deep down my parents really don't want him to leave until he gets his life sorted out.

your family will straighten out eventually~
don't worry, my brother and my dad used to fight all the time.
physically~ my brother's 21 now, and can kick the s**t out of my dad
so there's no more fighting (:
