Hey I need some help. I need a terminal illness that would happen to a eighteen year old boy. I don't want cancer or lukemia. I also has to be something that can't be noticed by the untrained eye. I needs to be something that can be kept a secret unless discovered by someone else.
I don't really want to use AIDS because it needs to be something that the carrier can have but it won't spread to anyone around them (for example a sex partner.)
