Today was another hard motivation day... so I opted for the shorter yet more cardio focused workout... man was that a good call.

Apparently even though my mind screamed " I don't wanna" my body was busy being like "I want a strong workout"...

I hurt all over and will probably have to post again tomorrow to force myself to workout but in the end I think it will be worth it.

Maybe I can even sneak in some extra more fun stuff like swimming and yoga... let me go check that yoga schedule.

Well I went swimming today and workout... so I think this was a double success. I really feel good and my arms are starting to get "defined"... I am gonna look like Arnold lol mrgreen rofl

today I did both yoga and some cardio... it was intense... I almost didn't do the cardio but I knew completing it would make the first day of this job much more enjoyable.

and I am pretty sweaty which is usually a good sign...

did the cardio today... had not done anything for 2 days (blamed on new jobness). Tomorrow I will get it together... it was nice to stretch and get my move on.

Well I jumped right back on that fitness train... did my hour long thing... it was vicious... man I really should avoid multi-day breaks because it makes it hurt sooo bad to lift weights again... but I sweated a lot and am done so no harm and much benefit. I might even do a yoga video tonight.

Well I finally got back into my groove... I feel it all inspired and a** whoopin'. I decided that today despite all the other things I had going on I owed myself feeling good about my body and my promise to myself to keep in shape.

the new workout is hard... really vicious and I somehow have surpassed the pain of this unexpectedly hour long thing and am now very happy to have those body awakening pains back...

Thank God for fitness.

I did the challenging workout today despite a headache and serious lack of motivation.

I am seeming to have problems with making fitness a big priority right now... and that just won't due!

So I am going to Yoga tomorrow and doing a 30 minute something before sleep... I want to be a person who is greatly involved with fitness...

and no matter how much I hate getting into it I feel great when I workout! 4laugh

I worked out tonight... again it took a sort of internal battle... but my commitment is high again...

I also had some important things to work thorough and as per always fitness was a great way to get through it.
