I don't know who copied off of who or if they even meant too, Or if this is just a japanese fighting style, But it's werid. They make the same movements and at the same time!!! eek

oh it's a movement copy, animators do it ALL the time. The Jungle Book, the Aristocats and Robin Hood Disney versions all share the same basic movement on multiple occasions.

But you're right, it is weird to watch Neji's battle with different people o__O
