Volume 3 is indeed the last one...if there were a volume 4, it would probably been heard about, let alone released by now in Japan. And there's probably some big ending at the end of volume 3 that wraps the story up, anyway. Especially the...

Weddings (with girls plus Endrance, not Natsume though) and/or special bonding scenes (everyone else).

Fragment was an online game based on the original .hack games. It was said that it sucked.

It's unknown if they're making a new .hack; they're currently developing a DS game, but we don't know if it's a new .hack or Tail Concerto.
