Scenario
Just outside the Kohona village gates. It was just declared war, all ninjas of the current villages against Trinity. Drey was sent out to obliterate Kohona and the first one to come out and confront him was Kakashi. The fight is about to begin.

Drey stood there holding the hilt of his sword as it hung over his shoulder due to the strap. "You're in the way..." Was all he stated to him and continued to walk foreward. "Either move aside or die.." for someone who the world was now against, he was rather blunt and very confident. Drey's hair fell over his forehead and eyes so seeing his eyes wouldn't be possible and his armour and clothing was rather sturdy if nothing at all. His position though was very dull and had no obligations but he still gave off an aura of authority and sheer power that would make any normal person cower down upon.

Pacing forwards from a great distance, Kakashi saw the shinobi infront of himself and came to a halt as he carefully listened to his over zealous words. Taking no heed to the comment Kakashi stretched out into a wide- legged stance; bending his knees slightly while firmlly planting his feet one the ground, focusing his weight on his back leg so he could shift his weight around with ease. His elbows bent ever so slightly as he cocked his arms back towards his hip, guiding his fingers to kunai hollsters mounted on both hips. Looping a single kunai on his right index finger he withdrew his weapon and grasped it tightly; the blades tip pointing down towards the ground while it's opposite end rested against his thumb and index finger. His other hand reached deeper into the hollster and moments later two smoke bombs were clutched in hand. His left leg was in front of his body and his right arm was extended slightly; parralel to the ground. While his left arm stayed relatively close to it's initial spot, ready for anything that happens. His right eye reflected no emotion as he sized up his opponent. Preparing himself for battle, he concentrated on his opponents breathing pattern syncing with it as he breathed. He felt no fear, nor his his heart rate waver at the man's presence, he stood there calm, ready for the moment to strike.
"Thats funny... I could have said the same thing to you. It doesnt seem like you're the type for retreating so I have no other choice but to take you out."
((Time to knock the rust off a bit... Sorry it was so short and simple...))

Drey stopped in his tracks as he heard his opponent's words. He listened to them intently, trying to see if there was any weak spot in the mental or physical realm. To his dismay there were none at the moment so an attack of high caliber would be needed to destroy this opponent.
Drey kept his face directed at his opponent. His left hand was holding the very large hilt of his sword. Using that hand he extended the hilt a little farther out as he stretched his arm out. Drey used his other hand to go to the strap and undo it. He clenched down on the hilt with his left hand harder and the sword stayed in its parallel figure. Drey then took grasp of the hilt with his other hand and let go of it with his left. He spun the sword around to sort of show it off. The hilt was a good two feet in length and the actual blade was six feet long, making the entire sword about eight feet long. Something so big and preposterously heavy, yet he held it with one hand.
Drey then raised his sword up with one hand. "Scorch thy enemies…" He proclaimed in a confident tone. The hand that was holding the blade up above him started to glow a dim red and suddenly the entire blade caught on fire. Not an easy fire, but a strong and scorching heat. The heat from the fire itself would be felt by his opponent and it would be something that was only comparable to furnace heat. It was something that could easily dice through a being and keep going.
Drey lowered his sword pointing it towards his opponent and he then took it in two hands and literally vanished. He appeared above his opponent in a spinning manner. He held his blade with two hands and as he spun in a flipping motion he made sure to do it at a amazing speeds so that it would not be something that could easily be blocked. This attack also gave off heat to a point where if the opponent had used a replacement or a clone jutsu then the jutsu would break now before the attack hit. Then if the opponent hadn’t done any of these, and tried to block, it would only lead to weapons melting and then being diced in pieces. If the opponent were to dodge he’d still feel the radiant heat from blade.
Drey also had an amazing capability to stop his attack if the need be and then switch it into something that he’d want so what ever his opponent might do, he was ready for it.

"Well that was rude, I guess they dont teach proper manners in the rock village. In battle it is custom for the two advisaries to exchange names, it would be a shame to not know the name of the one who will take your life.
I'll grace you and I'll let you know my name, remember this; Hatake Kakashi will be the one to end your life!"
Now that Kakashi formerly intoduced himself he was ready to do battle with this shinobi... He released the smokebombs he held earlier and leapt away from the man as the smoke arose to put distance between them. As the smoke enveloped the area where there would do battle, Kakashi sat back for a moment and calculated his opponents movements. His now free hand slowly rose and grasped his tilted headband, leveling it out to where it should be, exposing his sharingan. This alone decided how the battle would play out. Holding his kunai steadfast, Kakashi resumed his stance and focused his ears on his opponent, trying to figure out his current postion... His free hand formed the monkey seal just incase things got hectic.

Drey used he momentum he still had and swung down with his foot to hit the clone in the chest. 'blaze' he thought to himself and his foot instantly caught on fire. From that close range the hit would instantly kill off the clone. Drey then kept the momentum by performing a backflip while going forward and higher in the air. 'Feather foot' he thought to himself, and refused to call out his attack. It would be harder for his opponent to know what he was doing if didn't declare his attack. It was in a manner a cheap move but it would get his job done.
Drey pushed his foot down on the air, doing what would normally have any other person instantly fall to the ground he instead was now standing in mid air. A jutsu that literally changed everything. It wouldn't matter if you were on ground or air, now it would become extremely hard for anyone to actually hit him. Usually using wings or an object would be the only way to be in air and even then flying and maneuvering in that manner would be very hard, but if one could walk on air and move on air as if he were on ground, that would change everything. It made it so that he could move at his wanting and be in a manner completely out of harms way.
Drey then raised his sword up over his head. 'Wind based, Pulse' He thought to himself and he sent a chunk of chakra into his blade. With the idea of wind based it allowed him to send a pulse of Wind out from his blade. The pulse of wind was of extreme proportions as it was strong to a point that it pushed all of the smoke far away completely negating the smoke screen effect. Drey's eyes then scanned the area quickly and spotted Kakashi. Now would be the only time that Kakashi would be able to witness this revolutionary jutsu that allowed one to fly.
"The name is Drey, Drey Milano. I am here on orders to destroy all of Kohona, men, women and children alike. You will not stop me Copy Cat Kakashi and your sharingan cannot affect me..." That was all he had to say and then gripping down on his blade he slashed in the direction of kakashi. He didn't actually move from his position he just made the gesture of slashing. 'Wind based, wind blade' With that an invisible blade of wind would take the action of following the direction that it was sent on. The blade was of wind and that allowed it to have an edge that was in simple, infinitively sharp. This blade cut through tree branches and trees alike as if they weren't there and it kept going in the direction of Kakashi.

Kakashi laughed as he watched the guy burn up from his own technique...
((you know... there are time when players can be too literal about thier skills... There's no way your fire can be that hot. My clone and myself are the same distance away from you'r flaming sword as you are, meaning you'd incinerate yourself fom the heat. You see, you cant be farther then arms reach from your sword so you have no way of escaping it, not to mention your only arms reach away when your arm's fully extended.
In any case, unless you feel like combusting into flames, or melting, or anything of that nature; I'd advise you edit your technique and your post))

Oh I thought you would have figured why it wouldn't affect him but I guess you didn't. I'll just tell you this right now, If I post something that would harm my character in anyway, I will say that the attack harms himself. If you ask anyone who knows how I roleplay (recently), I guarantee that they will back me up on this.

I guess it's time to describe the effects of the Five gems.
-Ruby-
This gem allows Drey to completely control the element of fire. He can bend, shape, create, cancel, and is immune to this element. No matter how hot the fire might be, thanks to this gem Drey is completely unharmed by it. Drey could walk through a room that was ignited in fire and not have a trace of ash, fire or burn on him. This is only effect though as long as the Gem is with him. This gem is embedded under his skin, just above his heart.
-Citrine-
This gem allows Drey to completely control the element of Lightning. He can create, move, cancel, shape and is immune to this element. No matter how strong the current and/or voltage of the attack might be, this element cannot harm him. He could literally be struck by lightning and it wouldn't affect him.This is only in effect though as long as the Gem is with him. This gem is to the upper left of Drey's heart.
-Emerald-
This Gem allows Drey to Completely control the element of Earth/rock. He can create, move, destroy, shape and has a strong defense against it. Unlike fire, wind and lightning, he isn't immune to it, but he has a very hard defense against it. The effect of this gem only lasts if he has it with him. This gem is to the lower left of Drey's heart.
-Sapphire-
This Gem allows Drey to completely control the element of Water in all of it's forms. (Water and Ice; not counting wind because he has a gem for that alone.) He can Create, shape, move, change and has a strong defense against the two forms of water. Like Earth he isn't immune to it but has a very strong defense against it. The effects of this gem only last as long as he has it with him. This gem is to the lower right of Drey's Heart.
-Diamond-
This Gem allows Drey to completely control the element of Wind and what ever deals with this element. In his eyes this gem is the strongest one he has and he will do anything he can to defend it. He can manipulate Air to his wanting and since air is almost everywhere it allows him to do as he wants. To add on to this Drey is completely to any wind based attacks that may come at him. This gem is located near the upper right of his heart

Now I can see if you're going to say that this is god modding or my character is too powerful, but do factor in that my characters have to be at least this powerful if they want to destroy the way of shinobi. I mean, yes my characters are very powerful but they all have their weaknesses. Drey's is very simple, all you have to do is get rid of the gems and he looses all of his powers. The only thing is, you'll have to do it with Shape Chakra, Genjutsu and/or taijutsu. Elements will not work with him.
Lastly, just remember that this is a mock battle and not something that should be revered as very important and above everything, I'm just using this out as a trial. If I get too many complaints I'll most likely change him or get rid of him. Not sure which one.
