If zombies could move that fast the only effective way to be able to take out a group is get in a secure location with 3 or 4 comrade soldiers and hold fort in so none get behind you, aim high and have a rapid fire weapon with high caliber rounds, .45's and .50 rounds would most likely take there heads clean off... A shotgun would also work extremely well with its projectile fire. Keep clips loaded and ready for next use and always look to get the higher ground. ...Just saying lol

In all likely hood, that's what zombies would be like. 28 days later (Even though not technically Zombies, as they don't die first) are the most accepted likely hood of zombies.

If that was likely we would all die in a matter of hours unlees we also aquired super human speed. In which case would allow us to escape, but seeing as it is unlikely to happen I think our chances of living are 1 in 1,000,000. UNLESS we were some track star athletes and could run really fast, unfortunately I don't think I will be that fast anytime soon. lol.

The video says it's a stranded Russian soldier, who's attacked by natives, but why, oh why, would natives be running around ripping the limbs off of soldiers with their bare hands? So yeah... I'd say the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. theory is about right.
