The Deku Kingdom
There is a large moat with poisonous fluids instead of water, to protect the Deku Kingdom against intruders. The walls are incredibly big, nearly as big as the Hyrule Castle Town's. They are made of sharpened logs, something like barbed wire, stacked up next to each other.
To defend against unwanted intruders, like monsters under the control of darkness, Deku Soldiers are guarding the entrance. They pop up and down in their Deku Flowers, armed with Deku Nuts, their version of pepper spray. When they use the Deku Nuts, the intruders are blinded and are thrown out of the Deku Kingdom territory. Although, most of the time, the Deku Guards are friendly and generous, and let most people in, of all races.
Once inside, you see Dekus walking around, usually peacefully. They are often seen purchasing from the Deku Store, or trading food and items such as Deku Seeds.
