just another sticky post so that we can have a place to look at upcoming events.
in the works, AT and i have a few things:
-- smile an end of summer party will be had sometime in august (when bugg will be back from her vacay with her dad, when mia will be back from her events, and AT's husband comes home soon, so, she'll want time with him of course! basically august is when i think most people will be able to be around). this WILL be a themed party, but the theme is still being worked on. actual date and theme of the party WILL BE ANNOUNCED, with plenty of time to prepare and get ready.
members are ENCOURAGED to please attend the party, and at the end there will be a vote on best dressed! there will also be a 2nd and 3rd runner up (like "most entertaining" or "funniest", etc) for prizes. these contests are MUCH easier to have the more that attend.
-- smile car racing competitions are being discussed, too, for anyone who has a gaia car and does that sort of thing. prizes would be awarded for this, too.
this is all i have for now. STAY TUNED and keep checking back for more news. when things change, i will put and "UPDATE" and the day's date up in the title.

just a heads up that we will be starting to plan the end-of-summer party, in the next couple weeks.
i'm shooting for the last week/weekend of august, before school starts up.
theme and contest TBA!

yeah, i really want to get this party planned.
so once AT and i are able to have time to discuss things like: theme, contest, and what to give out as prizes, i will post an announcement with a date, hopefully at LEAST a week in advance
we'll also leave reminders in the main 21+ thread as well, for those who are members here but don't post here much ... *COUGH*

END-OF-SUMMER GUILD PARTY!!
September 1 - 3
Theme: ELEGANT BALL
hosted by: AT and grace note
there will be a contest and vote for best dressed, with awards for first and second place, and a runner up. the party will take place in the castle ball room, as well as outdoors on a patio overlooking the sea.
voting will be closed and winners announced on the evening of the 3rd.
PLEASE dress up and arrive and have fun! the thread for the party will be opened up on september 1. a seperate thread to post screen-shots of avatars for voting will open up later into the party weekend.
