Don't u think that there is always someone in every anime who looks like fai and moondoggie?!! four examples:
 Solomon from Blood+
 Takama from Ouran High School Host Club
 Fai the magician from Tsubasa
 Moondoggie from Eureka Seven
Is there always a blonde guy with wavy hair in EVERY ANIME?!!

theres always characters that look similar. examples:
Shimon from harukanaru toki no naka de
Momiji from Furuba
Hani from OHSHC
Kyo from Furuba
Tenma from harukanaru toki no naka de
both sets of characters have very similar features...its really mostly coincidence that this happens...

and the reason why is cause not all animes have characters that have the same hair type or color let alone face.
If they did their would be a cast of 50+ characters in each anime out their

Not all anime have a character with blond hair. But I will say blond hair is used to show foreigners, punks, and hafu. So if the character is in any of the three catigories... he probablly has blonde hair.

Some similar characters looking yes and some in personality but with all the anime out their finding similarities is like finding a needel in a haystack

i don't think that they look alike. but i guess that's just me.
my favorite is when a character claims to have the blonde hair from genetics when the only foreigner in the family was a grandparent on only one side. blonde hair is a recessive gene so it takes both parents to atleast be a carrier of the gene to have that color of hair. but it is just anime and so therefore i guess stretches can be made.
