Now I'm not usually too fond of any series that is based around a band... usually just because everything is so damn fake. A quick rise to the top fame money all that kind of stuff, but I was very happy to find that wasn't the story with Beck. Just a few days ago I watched the all of the episodes of the anime. I was hooked on the show and didn't need to be awake for anything important so I watched the entire thing straight. The music in the show was great, I have been humming a few of the songs for days now.
Anyways, has anyone else seen this show or read the manga?

Oh man i love the anime, have not yet seen the manga. Did you know that the beat crusaders sing the op theme. I love beat crusaders there awsome and so is beck blaugh I've seen all the episodes 2x now heart

Wow someone who's watched something I have. This doesn't happen nearly enough. xd
Yeah I love the music in it. I think I like the 'follow me' song best. You know before he joins the band and plays at the festival. I've heard that the beat crusaders did just about all their music, not just the opening. But if you listen closely, at the end of the series at the big festival one of the other bands playing are The Pillows, I'm pretty sure that's their name at least... I know they did all the music for flcl.
