http://www.symphonyx.com/My guitar teacher says my guitar techniques very similar to Michael Romeo (the guitarist from this band)...but I liked them anyway biggrin domokun

They're good, very flashy, and have a half hour long song (The odessy), their guitari is amazing, lots of tapping, sweep picking and super fast shreding, good power metal, and progressive, VERY progressive, they pretty much make up time signitures for fun.......

I remember the first year of Gigantour, they had bus troubles and didn't show where I was at...it wasn't cool.

I've been a fan of the band for awhile now.
I can't really decide on a favorite yet.. (Maybe, Of Sins and Shadows?)
How I became a fan:
What I remember was.. I saw them in a DVD..
They toured with Megadeth so, thats how I was introduced to them.
Then later, I downloaded anything I could find, and yeah.
I'm here.

I just got into Symphony X a few weeks back when I heard my brother play them.
I've yet to listen to all their albums, but so far I like the albums The Odyssey, Twilight in Olympus, V, and especially the song Paradise Lost from the album Paradise Lost.
