Asaya: You were too late and the girl who is friends with your mother came she just left 3 minutes ago
Ran< This is Asaya my friend from high school she was also close to Nami>

Chie sips coffee

Chie: She was too busy paying off your father’s debts so you could leave freely
Ran: But why didn’t she come herself
Chie: She is currently hospitalized at the hospital that I own and has been kind to me for the past 10 years. After she paid off her debts she tried to find you.
Ran: Could you please take me to visit her

Later at the hospital
Nurse: Chie it’s an emergency Otori-san has gotten worse she is having a heart attack

In the hospital room
Doctor: She seems to be doing a little bit better but sometime today she may die right now she is a sleep
Chie: I see
Doctor: Please contact the rest of her family
Ran: I am the only family she has left
Chie< This must be upsetting for him>
Doctor: She is very ill her condition keeps getting worse each day
Ran: So she might die today
Doctor: Yes but I will do the best I can to help
Chie: Doctor please leave us alone with Kagana-san
Doctor leaves room
Chie: Kagana your mother has a very bad heart and her organs have started failing her
Ran: How could this happen
Ran: Why do I have to keep losing people
Chie puts her hand on his shoulder

Chie: Kagana-san you’re like a mother to me I don’t want you to die
Chie starts crying
Ran: I love you mom. You’re the only mom I have I missed you.
Kagana: I missed you too my son
Kagana: Chie you are like the daughter I never had and Ran you are my one and only son
Kagana: I love you both please take care of each other
Chie: Stop talking like that you can’t die
Kagana: I’m glad I got to meet you both, as well as I am happy to see you in my last few minutes
Kagana dies
Ran: Mom wake up
Chie: Kagana please wake up
Doctors rush in
Doctor: hour of death 4 pm on September 15th
Doctor: My condolences but I’m afraid she is dead
After the funeral

Ran: Yes that book has a story similar to my mother’s life now I have finished it
Asaya: You spent everyday working on this you should get some rest now

Chie: I read the book it was good I think it will be a sell a lot of copies
Ran: I think my mother would be proud
