Is anyone into tarot readings, pendulems, runes, or stuff like that?
My sister and her boss are really into tarot readings. I've had three readings in the past two days, all telling me the same thing. And its kinda freaking me out. I have big plans for latter in the summer, but now I'm not so sure about them. sad Please someone tell me this stuff is silly and not to listen to it. I'm having a hard time telling myself this. My sister's boss seems to be a little too good at this stuff for me not to believe him. eek

Yeah, I believe in that stuff.
Don't worry about it, sometimes they can be wrong, or "misleading."
And this is coming from the person who was said, by tarot cards, to be lonely and sad for the rest of her life. And the same deck said my friend would be "infertile." Now we just make jokes about that.

I don't know...
There could be some degree of truth to it..
I kind of see it like horoscopes. Don't base your life on them, but they might have some insight.

XD I don't believe in Tarots. It's an interesting concept, but don't let it get to you that you'll believe it.
I, for one, believe in the power of attraction (and not just to pull in potential dates); the more you focus on what you want, the more likely you are to get it. It makes sense to me, after all, why dawdle on things that put you down anyway?
Same thing goes for horoscopes XD I just... kinda read the more detailed readings about them just to get a little bit of insight. They're there so you don't take them seriously and you can focus on your life.
Like that paragraph made any sense Xp

One of my three best friends is into tarot, and she gave me a reading once. The deck said that i was going to be assassinated sometime soon. I'm not watching my back or anything, though.

Yeah...
See, I don't actually base my life too heavily on any of that stuff...
My brother did a tarot reading on me once, and it was either really good, or just vague enough to work! XD
