The small female lounged out, soaking up the sun on her favorite rock. What a relaxing day. Spike was back at home, Cera was wondering about doing, only Cera knows what. And everything was the way it should be. She sighed contently, her head resting on a little patch of moss she was using as a pillow. Her cream colored wings were tucked against her back, so her darker fur could absorb the sun. She wondered how Lucia and Iuile were doing, it has been so long since she's seen either of her daughters...Thinking of her daughters, just made her miss Nunzio, that big softie. She chuckled, at distant memories the two shared

Nunzio winged his way towards the spot he always found Petie, having promised to meet up with her again when he got Morty back home. He had stayed long enough to view Ginny's eggs, but didn't question Lucia's whereabouts, even though he did find it odd to see someone that looked just like Vanafindon that did not recognize him.
Thinking of his daughter just made him sigh and his thoughts went back to who old he now felt. He looked down and smiled happily at seeing his mate laying on her rock and he adjusted his black wings to descend. Once he was on the ground, he trotted up to her, nuzzling her head and purring deeply.

Peatree chuckled as Nunzio approached, she rolled onto her back and pawed at him. Because of being on the rock, she was at his height even though she was upside down. "Took your sweet time eh?" she said with a grin, she rubbed her nose against his, feeling a bit odd given she wasnt the right way round. She giggled, her tails wagging behind her

Nunzio chuckled, laying himself down so he was now looking up at her, smiling gently, "I'm sorry love, I had to visit with some family. But I am here now." he said, licking at her chin playfully.

Peatree smiled and purred at the lick. She planted a furry paw on each side of his face and gave him a big kiss. She may be a small female, but she had alot of fur. She purred again "How is the family doing?"

Nunzio happily kissed her back, his tails wagging happily and his wings fluffing up. He had a goofy look on his face after she pulled back, but shook his head to clear it when she asked him that question, "Oh they are doing alright, everyone is doting on Mami right now because she is carrying eggs. How about your family?" he asked.

The female rolled over, practically onto him, and nuzzled him, curling beside him, resting her head on his. "mmm, everyones tip toeing about, since the appearance of a robed kitsu" she said with a light shudder running through her body "He's so...dark, and powerful. No one knows what to make of him" she said softly, nuzzling into him even more. It was obvious the new kitsu un-nerved the female

Hear her talk about it like that caused him to frown and he draped his wing over her body, easily covering her, "What kind of Kitsu? If you don't feel safe, you, Cera and Spike can stay with me and my family." he said, not wanting his family in any danger.

Peatree shrugged lightly, not wanting to accidently shake his wing off, it felt good to be in the embrace of her lover, of her mate. "I...i dont know what kind he is." she looked up at Nunzio, teal eyes wide as they always were, she lowered her head again, and said in a whisper "He took on Elysia....i..i dont know exactly what happened, i guess she got too close to him, or vice versa. She's mostly healed, but she still limps lightly." she shuddered again "After that incident, our human seperated him, he has his own cottage on the property, no one goes near it,except for Crow" she said lightly

Nunzio's eyes went wide at that and he shifted Peatree to her closer. He knew Elysia was basically the opposite of Adjo, but the Nitemare still loved his sister very much, plus Charna would not be happy to hear her daughter got into a fight, "Now I do want you three to stay with me for a while, especially if he took on Elysia and she got hurt." he growled.

Peatree cuddled close to him, feeling safer just by being with him. "I dont know if Cera and Spike will agree to that. You know how stubborn Cera can be" she said with a half smile "And he is seperated now...we dont go near him, and he doesnt come near us. Altho, Elysia hasnt quiet been the same....Kae'lic is pretty shaken up by it, and more then once he's had to be locked up because he's tried to get at the mage" she shuddered again, more from a gust of wind then from fear.

"I don't care, you are my mate, my only loved mate, and they are my children, even if they are adults. I'd rather you all be safe with me then close to danger. And it is probably best not to let Charna or Adjo know, because I know they would try to find this Kitsu and take him out." he said, laying his head down.

Peatree smiled softly up at Nunzio, and kissed him again "You know i love you with all my heart, and i agree you should take Cera and Spike" she paused, looking over the lake "But i cant leave Kae and his daughter, if something else happens they'll need help healing"

Nunzio kissed her back happily, smiling lightly. But he sighed when she mentioned Kae and Elysia, "Kae'lic I can see coming to stay with us, but Elysia...it would probably take her whole family to convince her. But I do not feel right for all of you being so close to danger." he said softly, nuzzling the top of her head.

Peatree smiled softly, and tilted her head to the side "Are you sure its alright with your human? To have Cera and Spike stay there for a while?" She looked at him "It will just be for a while, once the mage settles down, then they can come back" she said with a nod. "And i'm not leaving Kae or Elysia behind" her tails flicked. It was final. Her children would go stay with Nunzio for a while.
