Near the edge of town is where Delmor's radio station, 87.7, used to be, until they moved to an inland station with stronger signal. They used to play rock, mostly from the '90s (It was modern back then), but in about 1999, the station moved, leaving the building intact. However, over the years, the outside has fallen into a state of disrepair. Inside, although a bit dusty and mostly empty except for some office furniture, it's intact, quiet (ironic for a radio station, but true), and a good place to think or just be alone. The door's always locked, but it's one of those locks that even a bobby pin will pick.
Outside, there's a big concrete block where the tower used to be. It was torn down, converted into a cell phone tower, and moved.

<< Landing at the base of the station, Eagle Eye saw that Wall Shadow was a bit far behind. She would catch up, though. Austin troubled himself with the lock, but got in, as always. Once in, he shot a look over to the closed bin were the urn was buried. He couldn't let it's position slip, and Stone was dangerously close to where it was, even though he remained, thankfully, clueless.
Locating a door that read Spare Supplies, Austin entered. He found what he needed. It was a small room, filled with various cords, cables, headsets, everything. The rooms equipment had probably been used and broken, and when the station had moved, all of it was left behind. Finding cables and separated wires that were long enough, Austin left to the main room and located a series of hooks on the wall. They had probably ben to hang equipment, but the equipment was there no more. Maybe they were coatracks. Who knew?
They were strong, though. Very strong. Austin found it easy to tie up Stone. Soon, the enemy was hung by his jacket, with his feet and hands tied up. His hands were behind his back, as well. There was no way Stone could wiggle out of this. It would look very bad for Austin if someone walked in on them. Now, Austin had to wait for Wall Shadow. Things were still looking good for him.

"Oh, good you're here," Eagle Eye greeted as he caught sight of the winded Gatta. "I'm stringing Stone up right here. I need you to find a bathroom in this place. If it still has running water, get a small cup of it, cold. I'm waking him up." Austin hated to sound bossy, but a lot was going on at the moment for him.

"You know the station?" Austin questioned, heaving Stone and half dragging him to the room Wall SHadow had mentioned. He saw Wall Shadow with the bottle and said before she could reply, "I'm going to pin him up here. When I'm ready, just let a little bit wash over his face. We need to wake him up."
Eagle Eye set Stone down on a shelf long enough so that his feet hung off only a little bit. What can I say, it was a very big shelf...
"Alright, dump the water and then hold him down. He should be too weak to throw you off. I'll ask the questions," Austin directed. Something about this reminded him of police interrogation on TV. He wasn't completely comfortable with it, but he wasn't going to let that show through.

Stone awoke surprisingly gracefully. He struggled just a bit. He was confused until he saw Eagle Eye. He also saw Wall Shadow, but he didn’t recognize her from Channel Q. He didn’t know where it was, but it looked like countless other places where he’d interrogated or been interrogated. He relaxed, which was probably the most frightening thing he could do in this kind of situation.
He turned to Wall Shadow and said, “Good morning, Sunshine.”

It worried Austin a bit. Stone looked comfortable, not showing any pain. "Sunshine doesn't have time for small talk," Austin said sharply, trying to keep a serious face, hoping that he could somehow alter Stone's apparent comfort. Looking past it, Austin knew he couldn't be completely at home now, Stone was being interregated. No matter how used to that anyone got, Austin knew Stone wasn't happy about the situation. Maybe he'd just seen too many movies.
"Now tell us what's going on."

He’d seen this tactic before. Hell, he’d felt this tactic before. It was the old “ask them general questions until you get a lead.” Stone knew just how to answer, “From the looks of it, I’d say this is an interrogation.”

"Oh you smart cookie," Austin replied sarcastically. The hard truth was, he was new to this. He had no history in anything like this before. He could only hope it wouldn't turn into torture. Of course, being Austin, the chances of that were slight. Austin had only movies to influence him in his actions.
But that wasn't so bad. Movies had taught him one thing. He wasn't all that comfortable with it, but he knew it, and he knew all along he'd have to resort to it. Blackmail.
"I have your urn," Austin explained calmly. "And if you want it, you're going to have to answer our questions." This always took time in the movies Austin was referring to, and time was aplenty. Usually, it worked in some way, as long as it wasn't the bad guy that was doing the interragation. Austin was pretty sure that he wasn't the bad guy. That was good.
