(Before bothering to read on, know that this is a Battle RP, and it has rules that some of you may not like that much...).

The Story -

It exists on a plain of dimensions entirely different from our own, built by a race of beings long since gone from the history of the multiverse. No one knows when it was created, no one knows how it was made...they only know why it was created: for battle.

Many people gather here once every thousand years (993 years, actually, but a thousand sounds cooler), seeking to test their might and skills in combat. The main arena is a simple battlefield, stretching as far as the eye can see, littered with the debris of a once-great and massive church. Fallen columns, broken statues, shattered stained glass windows...and religious symbols that are no longer recognizable, nor were they ever. What was once the holiest of places is now the home site for the epic wars that take place among it.

However, this desecrated church is not the only place where warriors fight each other. The "Colosseum", as it's called, is the size of a planet, and has numerous teleports to traverse the distances. It contains a mix of different areas and architecture spread about, like roman pillars, a volcano, a karaoke bar (one of the most dangerous locations, oddly enough), dense jungles, open fields...it contains a little bit of everything, but no citizens inhabit the world. With no civilians in the way, contestants can fight to their heart's content.

Rules of Combat -

1 - No godmodding. This includes (but is not limited to) making another character's moves, actions, or words for them (bunnying), dodging everything that comes your way without proper explanation/just dodging everything in general (auto-dodging), hitting your target no matter what (auto-hitting), and killing another character without their controller's consent (auto-killing).
2a - No god characters. All other species and races are allowed.
2b - That being said, demi-gods and "human" gods are allowed (human gods: refers to any mortal being that gains the powers of a full-fledged god, but still keeps their human body and personality; this basically means they'll still bleed when hit).
3 - Unless you arrange it with the character's creator prior to its occurrence, no killing off other characters. In other words, read Rule 1 again.
4 - Your character must have a weakness. (Note: this does not mean you should openly state it).
5 - Any form of magic or fighting is allowed.
6 - You do not need to make a character bio before you start RPing. Give a brief description upon them entering, and that'll be enough. (Of course, making a bio is okay, if you must insist).
7 - No destroying the entire planet.

Posting Rules -

1 - No post headers.
2 - No font other than size 12 (normal).
3 - No colors other than black.
4 - No one-liners. A move should have substance.
5 - All actions must be typed out as they would in a story (in prose), so no [brackets], *asterisks*, or ::colons::.
6 - Try to use the best grammatical and spelling skills as possible. No one's perfect, but please don't murder the English language with 1337speak, chatspeak, and the like.

The above posting rules are only there to keep the roleplay experience enjoyable for everyone. I'm sorry to those who have certain posting styles, but the post needs to be as easy to read as possible, without being obnoctious, bare, or annoying. Thank you for understanding.

(If you don't like these rules [especially 2b in the Rules of Combat], that's tough, because I'm not changing them).

A chimpanzee ran on all fours straight towards the man in the cloak. He was wearing a small red medieval vest. He chuckled and said, "Funny man... you make me laugh... so funny.. Hee hee hee!" He then jumped up and down with great zeal. The chimp was rolling on the floor laughing at the man.

The cloaked man completely ignored the chimp attempting to annoy him and kept on playing, though his red, crimson eyes, conceiled beneath the dark veil his robe's hood put over his face, shifted, feeling the presence of someone else entering the broken-down church. His eyes caught a glimpse of the ice-enchanting woman, slowly coming out of the wall.

"Hmph," he thought, concentrating on playing once more. "Quite an interesting group of challengers."

The chimpanzee scrambled over to the woman. He looked at her curiously. He then covered his mouth as if trying to hold in a laugh. Soon the chimp couldn't hold it in. "Hee hee hee! Funny woman! Hee hee! Get a tan!" The chimp was bursting with laughter. He then looked back at the man. "Hee hee!!! Ha ha ha!"

The chimps senses told him the woman reached out to touch him. He quickly jumped up and started shreaking angrily. "Don't touch me! Crazy lady... I want nothing to do with you.... Go away!" The monkey yellled and scampered away. He seemed silent for a minute then burst out laughing at absolutely nothing.

The chimp continued to scamper around. He was giggling to himself as he looked at the man. He yelled out, "You too serious.. need to have fun!" The chimp ran away laughing.

The man's attention didn't waver. He continued staring at the icy woman, ignoring everything else that attempted to disturb him. However, he shot the newcomer a quick glance, inspecting the competition. "Let's hope they make this fun," he thought.

Trevor sat down and rested against the wall. "What's with the chimp? I thought this was an arena not a petting zoo..."
