Leith Tansik

Leith was my first custom boy, as colored (patiently, I might add!) by Dooma. He took quite a bit of careful planning and gathering of photos to get his look right in my mind. I wanted a horse-boy who was like a modern-day cowboy, so he had to look like a real horse. And as his childhood pics will show, grass-stained clothing!

Rules

Rules will be pretty generic for the most part, including Gaia, Shop, and Guild rules, plus any that the individual journals might require. If you want to RP with my boys, you'll adhere to these general rules.

* Follow the Gaia Terms of Service. They seem pretty straightforward to me... No spamming, No scamming (or ads of any kind O_o; ) in these threads. Material should be PG-13. No higher!

* Follow shop rules! Believe it or not, this shop was founded on this idea: Shounen-ai (literally cute/pretty boy love) is a cute interaction between boys. It is NOT Yaoi, it is NOT Hentai. Courtship is fine. Hot, steamy relationships are not. Lewdness and insinuation are also not. I have boys from other shops that geared for that mentality.

* No posting in these journals unless you are me. I will know you are not me, so don't try to pull a fast one. xD Shop owners also have this right to post, though if there is something here that you want me to take down, please just PM it to me. I'm flexible and approachable that way.

Updates

Updates for my boys will follow a pretty standard timeline-style updating system, starting from when I first received them. However in the cases with boys who arrived as adults, of course their timelines will predate that.

History

Not sure if this will just be history of before my boys came to live with me, or if it will include other story bits (like... updates?).

Home

All aspects of a boy's home will go here - from the location and environment, what he likes and dislikes about it, to where he really feels at home, if not in a physical house. This section may include maps, photos, and other illustrations.

Relatives

Whom does this boy consider family? They may be related by blood, circumstance, or feelings of closeness - such as a boyfriend or mate, and children. This also includes the boys he has lived with, from this and any other shops.

Leith has much respect for Achos. From what little the bat has described of his past, they have much to empathize about. Though he is not one to hold someone's hand through life because of a rocky past, their silences are rarely awkward, and Achos seems to appreciate that. They often go out into the wilds where Leith has shown him some of the finer aspects of life without people to drag one down.


More than anything perhaps, Leith is amused by Delphinium. His approach to life and ceaseless searches for comfort are refreshing. However, when he tries to apply it to Leith and "improving" him is where the horse draws the line. He likes his beaten-up jeans and (perhaps) unfashionable button-up shirt. No, he doesn't need to broaden the colors if nothing else... Otherwise, the cat is great fun to go out and party with, which is something Leith likes to do on occasion.


Ravimira Gorim's overbearing approach to others can be a bit much, even for Leith who tends to take his type in stride. So Ravi likes to be in control; Leith goes with the flow and always has. However, like Delphi he likes to have a good time, which the horse is not opposed to tagging along on occasion. Unfortunately, Ravi is not the type to appreciate the beauty of life outside the city, and so neither feels the need to be anything more than bar-hopping buddies.


Perhaps the one person Leith would like to see more of is Rune. Unfortunately where the horse is a wanderer by nature, Rune is a homebody. He likes nothing more than to curl up in a blanket and read a book, but this is something Leith likes to do, when writing in his journal. Many a night they have spent by a fire sipping cider or hot chocolate, or root beer as the season dictates, and share stories. Rune has always been fascinated with what Leith has seen in his travels, and the horse is more than happy to share.


Though he knows little about the snake-lad, what Leith does know of Sunil En-lil he likes. Both like to go out adventuring, and have on occasion shown the other new surroundings the other may never have visited otherwise. Who knew that swinging through the trees could be so much fun? Or, what about that time they decided to try out hang-gliding together?

Whom has this boy met in the past? In some cases this may be non-shop related info too! Will include pictures if possible, information about the person and where they met, and what my boy thinks about them.

Was Leith ever this small? He doesn't mind showing his baby photos to people as they're part of who he is!

Childhood

One of the few times the camera caught him sitting (or rather laying) still! He was a rambunctious and spirited lad. At some point his mother gave up trying to get the grass stains out of his pants...

Adulthood

No one around him has seen Leith in any other way than as an adult. Was he ever a child? Only pictures can prove he looked like anything but how he does now. Though he has grown and matured greatly, one can still see the wild spark in his eye...

Original certs were done by... I honestly can't remember whom. ^^;

Lineart was done by L-Kun; except for Sunil En-lil, whose naga templates were drawn and shaded by Andrani.

Coloring was done by various artists. Dooma colored Leith Tansik, colored and line-edited Delphinium. Andrani colored and line-edited Achos; also colored Sunil, Ravimira, and Rune's current stage.
