Rules
Rules will be pretty generic for the most part, including Gaia, Shop, and Guild rules, plus any that the individual journals might require. If you want to RP with my boys, you'll adhere to these general rules.
* Follow the Gaia Terms of Service. They seem pretty straightforward to me... No spamming, No scamming (or ads of any kind O_o; ) in these threads. Material should be PG-13. No higher!
* Follow shop rules! Believe it or not, this shop was founded on this idea: Shounen-ai (literally cute/pretty boy love) is a cute interaction between boys. It is NOT Yaoi, it is NOT Hentai. Courtship is fine. Hot, steamy relationships are not. Lewdness and insinuation are also not. I have boys from other shops that geared for that mentality.
* No posting in these journals unless you are me. I will know you are not me, so don't try to pull a fast one. xD Shop owners also have this right to post, though if there is something here that you want me to take down, please just PM it to me. I'm flexible and approachable that way.

Updates
Updates for my boys will follow a pretty standard timeline-style updating system, starting from when I first received them. However in the cases with boys who arrived as adults, of course their timelines will predate that.
23 May 2007 Ravimira and his two brothers are born.
06 Jun 2007 Ravimira is officially named and comes home with Mel.
08 Jun 2007 Ravimira emerges from his bundle.
03 July 2007 Set up Ravimira's Journal, one of several journals set up specifically for my SaL boys.

Relatives
Whom does this boy consider family? They may be related by blood, circumstance, or feelings of closeness - such as a boyfriend or mate, and children. This also includes the boys he has lived with, from this and any other shops.
 Ravimira is not sure why, as he doesn't remember specifics, but he feels a very strong bond with his father. He seems to have earlier memories associated Graosta, which obviously... doesn't make much sense. Perhaps it is because he is louder by nature... or perhaps it is because they are both sea-monsters. In the end, when Ravimira feels threatened, in need of parental support, or just general advice, he comes to Graosta.
 If Ravimira could sum up his mother in one word it would be 'quiet.' He does not remember hearing the Zephyros' voice until much later on than his father... He does not know much about his mother, beyond what most kids know. Zephyros and Graosta are very affectionate, but beyond vague notions he does not know why they are so close. Supposing Ravimira needed a supporting hug he would seek out his mother, otherwise he does not bother much with him.
 Virgil, the tree-hugger. In all fairness, Ravimira lives with a lot of outdoorsmen so this brother can't be all that bad, but he just cannot seem to get into that sort of thing. He'd rather be out partying or speeding through the city streets in a shiny new convertible, maybe with a couple squealing boys hanging off his arm. What could be more fun than that? Mountain-climbing? Pssh. To each his own. Maybe if they were to go on a S.C.U.B.A. diving trip..?
 Trittean and his love of science. He'd probably stay in school all his life if he could. Science is one thing Ravimira likes even less than the Outdoors. Wait, both have to do with biology. He knew that. There's only one thing he is interested in that has to do with biology, and two things that have to do with chemistry (and one of those things has to do with the mixing of alcohol). The rest is forgettable. Though one science experiment he might like to do is tie Trittean up with Rune and see if anything sprouts... maybe miniature books or something...
 This guy has issues. Ravi is not sure what crawled up into his soul and died, but it is rotting a hole through his chest. He can smell it. And what is up with those scars? Did he do that to himself? If he wants to wallow in his own self-pity, that's great for him. Hope he's.. "happy" and all that. Some people just need to angst all the time. Just stay in your room where you can't infect other people...
 Now Delphinium is a lot of fun. He's a bit too girly, but hey, whatever floats your boat. This is the guy Ravimira usually takes out for a good time. His life on the streets before living with the rest of them fascinates Ravimira to no end, as the city is where he most loves to be. Unfortunately there isn't the kind of sympathy Delphi might hope for in Ravi's interest, but it's better than nothing.
 Now Leith Tansik is someone he would tie to his brother to see if a horse grew out from under them. The kind you saddle up and ride on. Okay, get your head out of the gutter. Just... nevermind. Anyway, he would probably get along with Virgil if they met. Maybe they have, it's not like Leith sticks around for any length of time, except when he's with Rune. Maybe there's something going on there.
 In all fairness, Rune is a pretty good guy. Really shy and quiet most of the time, and a total bookworm, sure, but when it comes to going out, he's right there. He has that way of hanging your words if you're talking about some cool place you've been to, too. And then he wants to go there. Without his book even. The worst thing about him though, is when you mention the word "parasol." He goes off into his own little world with a goofy look on his face. What is the fetish with lacy umbrellas..?
 Sunil... is weird. He's the kind of guy who will hug you one minute, and swear and throw things at you the next. Okay, he'll throw his voice and that's about it; if it's something he's really passionate about. You can kind of respect a guy like that, who will stand up for what he believes to the point where he'll make a fool of himself.

Each boy's photo album will include stage photos (when it applies) as well as fanarts by myself and other owners. Each picture will have a brief caption beneath it.

One would not believe that this wiggly bundle of cuteness would turn out to be... Ravimira. He was very snuggly at this age.

This age found Ravimira to also be an affectionate enough child. One would think that it was all a "stage" he was going through, the way he "outgrew" it.

Shounen-ai Love is currently owned by Andrani and Raving Sohma; original concept by L-Kun.
Original certs were done by... I honestly can't remember whom. ^^;
Lineart was done by L-Kun; except for Sunil En-lil (naga), and Virgil (sea monster-tiger) whose templates were drawn and shaded by Andrani.
Coloring was done by various artists. Dooma colored Leith Tansik, colored and line-edited Delphinium. Andrani colored and line-edited Achos; also colored Sunil, Ravimira, Graosta, Zephyros, Trittean, and Rune's final stage.
The characters of Ravimira and the SaL boys whom he is "related" to by proximity (Achos, Sunil, Leith, Delphinium, Rune) are all © to me.
Graosta and Virgil's characters are © to Velorius.
Zephyros and Trittean's characters are © to xx Kara-chan xx.

Ravimira's Journal
The following is an account of Ravimira Gorm's life according to himself. Some are archived roleplays as if he had been videotaped while they occurred. Others, when possible, will be actual journal entries written from his point of view and other snippets (who doesn't doodle, tape keepsakes and other fun stuff with their diaries?).
