Edit (reguarding Miss Misa's question): Anyone may start any kind of rp they want, however they want. All I ask is that the thread owners (and those who participate) keep to the rules and be organized. If one would like to combine Death Note with another anime/manga, that is fine by me. Once a role-play thread is no longer being used, it is your choice to leave it there or contact me and have me remove it. If a thread is left unused for a month and there are no requests to save it, I will remove it.
If there are any other questions, please post in this Announcement and I will glady answer them.
