Except for the gardens, Alta's boarding school has one of the largest collection of rare and exotic plants. These have been collected and carefully cultivated in the Atrium which is situated next to the gardens.
Except for relaxation the Atrium is mainly used for studies given at Herbolgy Class. Closed at night, admittance has to be granted by one of the teachers, since some plants harbor ill will towards the living.
