Well, I guess it's kind of obvious that I like Spike, but I don't want him to have his own show. One spinoff is enough. Another one would be overstretching the entire Buffyverse franchise, I think.
Case study: Land Before Time 12, or whichever one they're on now. Now, Buffy is a million times more awesome than that, but the mechanism would be the same, I think.

I absolutely HATE Spike, well only when he's with Buffy, but as long as he stays away from Buffy (and Faith, Spaith is the most disgusting thing in the world) then I think a spin off wouldn't be a horrible idea, he already has his own comic though.

I think Spike is only truly at his best when he has someone to play off of, like Buffy or Angel. If he had his own show, they would need someone else to share the spotlight with him. I agree that another spinoff (especially this late in the game) would be overkill.

I think Spike and Angel are great together, I love the scene when Spike first sees puppet Angel in 'Smile Time' rofl "Look at the wee little puppet man!"
