kashikoigan (wise eye)
This is a recently discovered kekei genkai thats only possessed by a small number of shinobi. It's origins are from the waterfall village, but some who possess it are scattered throughout the various countries. The kashikoigan is a doujutsu based Kekei genkai that focuses on genjutsu. It's abilitied range from simple tricks on the mind, to full blown manipulation of ones thought and perception. There are 3 stages of this kashikoigan, each one having a different ability:
Stage 1: Etoku Kaihou (Perception Release smile
This is the first stage of the Kashikoigan, it renders you're targets dept percetion useless.. Meaning the are unable to effectively through projectiles and to a certain extent it throws off thier accuracy in close ranged combat. ((In other words, it cuts off the targets accuracy... by about 30%)
Stage 2: Hansayou Kaihou (Reaction Release)
In addition to the first stages abilities, this slows down the rate that the brain sends signals to the body by 30%. Meaning the targets reflexes are slown down to an extent, making easier to catch the target off guard and or hit them with high speed jutsu.
Stage 3: Riariti Kaihou (Reality release)
The last stage of the Kashikoigan, this gains another ability in addition to the 2 prior abilities. This completely distorts the targets mind making all Ninjutsu backfire on the user, causing servere harm to the user. In addition to this the target develops a servere case of nausea and dizzyness, throwing them off balance occasionally and ruining thier concentration.
Though powerfull, the Kashikoigan isnt without it's faults. With any Genjutsu or Doujutsu, if the Target can realise he is under an illusion he can use techniques like Kai (release) or Jutsu Sho to break it. The Kashikoigan also requires high chakra consumption and can only be used in life or death situations. Finally, the Kashikoigan causes great mental stress and even the more powerful users can only sustain it for a short time without fainting; which isnt desireable in the midst of battle.

Havlef Clan
Hidden Village:All countries have Havlef clan memebers who speacilize in the element of that country,they originally started in the Leaf village
Jutsu Classification: Bloodline Technique

Signature Abilities: Soshigan,any other are unknown
Known for being able to manipulate the elements,they lived their lives as close to nature as possible,although a plague wiped out most of the clan a couple remained due to either being outcasts or just plain lucky,their doujutsu allows them to manipulate the elements and gives special bonuses according to what elements they can manipulate some include seeing everything around them without even opening their eyes increased strength and speed,and a major boost to chakra,the heiroglyphics in the eyes determines what they can manipulate.

Abilites and powers of the Havlef clan
The Havlef clan possesses many abilities that are tied to the elements.Through the wind,they gained its speed and grace. Through earth,they gained much strength and an extended lifespan that is 3 times longer than an average human. Through the water,they gained its patience and caution. And through fire,they gained its raw power and fury. They gained a sort of element sense that allowed them to pinpoint what elements are around them(ex.whether fire,wind,earth of water is around to manipulate) and if the enemy is gonna attack them with an elemental jutsu and if so,which element if he gonna use.They are also highly intelligent,almost to the point of being geniuses.
But the most noticable things is the eyes. The Soshigan eyes of all Havlef clan members is green with one to four kanji around the pupil,one for each element that their lives revolve around. Through the Soshigan,the Havlef clan can actually manipulate the elements,creating tidal waves,infernos of fire,powerful minature hurricanes,and strong earthquakes. The most experienced ones can also see all around them in a spherical view,relying on the elements to warn them of danger,project blasts of elemental energy,use an illusion that traps the opponent in an natural disaster,and carve out a portal to summon elementals. That and a large amount of chakra means that any Havlef clan member,the living proxies of the elemental spirits, is a force to be reckoned with.
The Soshigan does have its weakness. At lower stages,manipulating the elements can drain alot of chakra,leaving the user defenseless.Thats why Taijutsu is a secondary focus. Also,the spherical view has a blindspot in a tiny spot on the back of the head where he can't see anything and the elements can't warn him of danger.Thats where a defensive wall comes in to help and can protect the blindspot. At later stages,projecting a blast of elemental energy can cause the user to be able to manipulate only a little of the elements,the genjutsu and the elemental summoning drains alot of chakra too.
Even with its weaknesses,the Soshigan is still a powerful kekkai genkai as powerful as the sharingan and the Byakugan,maybe even more. These abilities prove that any Havlef clan member can stand a good chance of surviving almost any battle.
Stages of the Soshigan
Level 1:One kanji in each eye for one element he specializes in.Gives him extremly enhanced speed in addition to being able to manipulate one element of his choice.Costs alot of chakra to manipulate the elements and can only manipulate as much as a sandbox size chunk of rock,a small pond,a bonfire, or a windstorm.
Level 2:Two kanji in each eye for two element he specializes in.Gives him enhanced strength in addition to being able to manipulate two element of his choice.Can turn a small playgrounds soil into quicksand,generate a weak hurricane force winds, a large lake, or as much fire to ignite an apartment building.
Level 3:Three kanji in each eye for three elements he speacializes in.Gives him a spherical view of his world by calling the elements to be his eyes and ears so he can block attacks all around him.Maximum distance is 40 feet around and below him. Blindspot in tiny spot in the back of the head.In addition to being able to manipulate three elements of his choice.Elements will now form defensive wall when he is attacked.Can manipulate enough to cause tidal waves,earthquakes,a forest fire,or strong hurricane force winds.
Level 4:All four kanji,masters all four elements.The user can now create a portal to summon four elementals one for each of the classic elements that can attack his enemies,each can use the appropriate jutsus of its element and a few of Grogans.In addition,user can create a blast of elemental energy that combines the effects of all four elements that he shoots from his open palm.In payment,he can't manipulate more than a stage 1 person for a day and a half.Manipulation ability is of legendary porportions,can manipulate large hills,giant waves of flame,mega tsunamis,and powerful F5 tornado force winds.
