Gold donated to the guild is used solely to make more subforums, right? =/
So why are people still donating? =o

Yeah it is going towards subforums.
And we really don't need donations towards that.
We have more than enough to add more subforums when needed.

Bleh but what we can use it for is towards some of the projects that are being worked on. Such as contests and stuff.

But if you donate directly to the guild you can only spend the donated money on subforums.

Or at least, that's what I thought.

"You would be correct, when you donate directly towards the guild it cannot be used in contests because you can't take the gold out of the guild to buy and item or give to someone. You can only use it for subforums."

That's only for now though, supposedly guild accounts will have other purposes in the future.

i don't recall the developers saying what they were, but there are things that the gold can be used for later.
