Hello all and welcome to the new
Official Gaian Mafia
Ranking System
Info thread.

Empress and Arabella decided that
with all the new gaia features being
released that maybe we should do something
new for the guild.
Right now the process is still in motion
but Empress
is feeling generous and has
decided to let you in on a few of the
not-so-particulars.

Why the new add?
Because we wanted to spice up the guild.
Incase you haven't noticed, things are getting a little
bit down around here and we want to encourage people
to post and have a good time.

What is it going to be all about?
The ranking system will show how often
you post in the guild and how active a member you are.
Right now we are thinking about 4 or 5
different ranks.
Names for the ranks will come later, but
the ranks will not be easy to achieve,
we want to make you work for them
but have fun at the same time.

Ranks? I'm confused.
The ranks will be for telling you
what you can do in the guild and
basicly telling you who you should look
up to and who knows what they are
talking about. They are a way for new
members to find somebody
to fall in line with and kind of be
a shadow and learn the ways of the game.
But not only that, the ranks will also
entail different benefits, for those of higher
rank, in the guild.
And yes, we are still working on
those benefits, so don't ask.

You said the ranks will be hard to get...
how hard?
Hard. We aren't going to give
these ranks away. They need to
be worked for and rped for
and posted for. They won't be
impossible, but they aren't going to
be so easy either.
Don't worry, the first couple of ranks
won't be nearly as hard as
the last.

That's pretty much as much as I can
say without spilling the beans and telling
everybody to much.
The guild crew is especially
excited about this long overdue
upgrade.
We will be working
dilligently to get this done.
And our older members know that
when we say surprise we mean, and for
you newer members,
the syndicate mansion was our first
big surprise for the guild.
We mean business about upgrades.

Right now the release
date for this add on is
pretty much unknown.
But don't be counting down the days.
There is a lot of work that
is going to be needed to be done about
all this, and it's going to take
all the crew members alot
of time in order
to put it all together.
So please don't PM Empress or Arabella.
They don't know when this is going to
get done any more than you do.
Rest assured, more
info will be put up in this thread
as soon as Empress or Arabella
has it.
We want to keep you as informed
as we possibly can about this new
and exciting upgrade to our guild.
