Honey looks are about the only thing they have in common (and a desire to be a loner). Yes Sasuke at this stage in the game has no interest in Sakura and may I add is a total A*& (MY opinion entirely), where as sai is a makshift sweetheart along with being cold and calculating so there are some major diffrences (besides Sai was to some effect genuinely warm to Sakura at one stage of the game).

its a seriously good SAISAKU ficcie and yu shouldn't miss out on reading it!
