Secondly, if you've been reffing battles lately, I wanna extend a BIG thanks to you. I've been super-busy in the past months, so I apologize that I haven't been carrying my weight.

Also, I've decided to upgrade Revvi and Gwennafran to Junior ref. I'll probably be upgrading a few more as I look over the battles.
