well i want to loose weight badly because i might die from heart attack i am obese but when i try to eat right and exersize one day i have confidance the next day it drops and i have a sweet tooth i need sweets wich really brings me down i need help any advice

For sweet tooth, try eating fruits. The natural sugers in them (and in potatoes) should kick the cravings of sweets.
For exercise, try having a schedule. Perhaps like three days a week tell yourself you will work out, then on the other days it would be okay to 'drop' a bit.
