lol the reason we celebrate is that when most people came to america they came from new england and were still tied to that government and having to pay taxes etc and after the revolutionary war we became free from the over seas governments and declared our freedom as our own country and that day is called Independence Day which is July 4th for us is that good enough? mrgreen ninja 3nodding
