 hree years have passed at the Fuuka Academy.
Thirteen himes, all influenced by the planets. Twelve signs governed their being, and in that, determined where each symbol would appear. The hime moon sealed their fate, and in reality, planets can influence an entire persona (but that is arguable, of course.). What would these girls really be if they were born when Sunrise claimed they were? Basing this on the actual release date of Mai Hime (September 2004) and the age each character was when Mai Hime began, I've figured out their birthdays. Their charts followed. Do their personas match? Do yours?

Interesting, can't read the chart for the life of me (dont know who could, probably gypsies) but I'm not a strong believer in astrology. I'm a skeptic when it comes to stars and zodiacs and horoscopes and all of that mumbo-jumbo.
Interesting nonetheless, though I find that it's so vague, it could virtually apply to anyone. It either hits the nail right on the head, or misses the target by a long shot. I still read all the asto-readings, I even did my own. (which was inaccurate, btw. lol.)

Am I the only one that considered those protractors fit for fighting? I remember those pointy ends, I swear some of the kids in my class were way too excited about them.
Fumi seems too old for her age to be believable. She's... my age. And if sister is 23 years old that means she has a 3 year old baby somewhere (and it's Ishigami's. Which is probably the worst of everything considered)... What a ho. She got knocked up barely entering adulthood.

How old did they say Fumi was again? 18? And Sister Checkmate was 20 at the time? That is disgusting. Fumi is a permanent housewife and nurse at the ripe age of 18. And Sister Checkmate has been a nun straight out of highschool and gets knocked up at age 20 and has a 3 year old kid running around at age 23. Thanks for such great examples and role models, Sunrise. (Not that I'd look to HiME for anything in terms of life-advice.)
