My fiance has joined the Army.
I'm started this guild to help other's and support them in the trying times and emotions involved in watching a loved one join the military. I hope we are all able to help one another out in this guild!

Hi, I'm Kimberly and I'm a 16 year old sister (almost 17) and my sister is in the army reserve. She is going to be a really long title's thing that i cant remember what it is, but it involves science.

Same here hun. My wedding's not until May because he'll be at basic soon, so instead of rushing through it we are just going to wait until he comes back and plan a pretty spring date.
What's the date? My birthday is in September. Maybe you're getting married on my birthday. ^^

Hi, i'm pvt woodson. i'm blackcherryacid's fiance. I really like the idea of the support this guild offers. it was really hard dealing with my decision to join and i think that if we had have known about this then it would have made things run alot easier. so.. i guess i just want to say thanks.

I'm DeNae(nickname is Nae...)
My fiance joined the national guard and is in basic combat training right now down in Georgia. Has been for the last month and 4 days.
I'm worried for his safety, our relationship, and our sanity when this whole thing is said and done with in 6 years. For me, its not hard staying true to him(he's the only man I've ever loved...). The hard part is staying sane enough to realize he is coming back eventually. The waiting might just kill me.
I know a lot of other people have to deal with not seeing their family members for longer, but we are supposed to be married in January(1 yr aniversary of dating, we've known eachother for 7yrs) and now we dont even know if he will be around then.
So its been hard, needless to say.
