Yay, first post here in a long time (or maybe ever, really. Not sure)
To answer the question, though... kinda. sweatdrop While they may seem to have different personalities, I never saw him as much like Kai. Unlike Kai, they both work for different sides - well, they did when I last saw the show. The two are also slightly different in how they care for others; I think Gray struck me as more of Kai than anyone else.

...Ah what the heck.
Well...I've never watched Beyblade. I only know one or two of the characters, including Kai mrgreen He does seem kinda like Enjyu.
*Cough* And...the only reason I know about Kai is because of the fic "BdaBlade" on fanfiction.net.
