Anyway, the concert was beyond amazing. I can't even describe it.
There were only two aspects I didn't like:
1. The showiness. I was expecting it to be a much more modest concert. The set was too elaborate, too much lighting and effects...
2. Solos. They were bullshit... I was expecting something new but they were exact same as the recordings, except maybe turning some quarter notes into sixteenths.
Other than that I was really happy with the variations, the audience participation and the song choices. I think I almost passed out when "Jolene" started up. Just amazing. Beautiful.
For those of you that have also been to a concert on this tour...
Did he make you guys do that "na na na na etc" with "Fell in Love With a Girl" forever too? gonk
also...

OH YEAH!
Okay so.
The Union Forever.
I was SO blown away when I realized he was adding in NEW quotes from Citizen Kane as well (since the whole song is just quotes from that movie) and I was really glad when he did the whole showgirl song. x)
