kekkai genkai- Mastery of Water & Ice
Not much is known about the clan that shiro was derived from, in fact the name of the clan itself is unknown, and it appears that Haku was the last living member of the clan that was wiped out after a civil war in the Hidden Mist Village where the hatred of people with advanced bloodlines was rampid after ninja were largely blamed for the war. After escaping his own Father's attempt on his life Haku would become a disciple of Zazbuza and master his clans amazing abilities to manipulate water and ice. Haku's most powerful technique is the Demonic Ice mirrors in which he creates an area of very strong mirrors made out of ice, surrounding his opponent.
The bloodline allows him to move at the speed of light between the mirrors, bouncing back and forth to the point where the opponent can not judge where he is at, while allowing him to throw piercing needles at his opponent. This technique had never been defeated before and always meant the demise of anyone who had to come up against someone with this bloodline. This unique bloodline also gives it's user the ability to manipulate water as is evident when he transforms simple water in to a sonbon needle to attack Sasuke. Perhaps one of the more interesting aspects about Haku in particular, and possibly this bloodline, is that the user is capable of performing such advanced bloodline techniques by using only one hand to perform the hand seal, where typically both hands are used to perform even the simplest technique.
BIO-
The Country of Mist has had its share of civil wars and has always used their Shinobi with Advanced Bloodlines as the primary weapons. Over time, those with "Advanced Blood" came to be hated and feared. This forced those with advanced bloods into hiding in order to live in peace. Shiro was one of the few people in the Mist with Advanced Blood left.
Shiro's bloodline originates in the country of Mist so it is no surprise that his Jutsus are water based. His "Flying Water Needles" is a technique whence he uses his chakra to create ice needles via water on the ground. Furthermore, he uses his chakra to control the path of the needles and strike the enemy. His other technique, "Demonic Ice Mirrors" uses water to create ice mirrors to surround the enemy. He then combines himself with the mirrors and uses the reflection to transport himself from mirror to mirror while attacking his enemy from all angles. His most incredible ability however, is the ability to do one-handed seals. This allows him to complete various tasks that are not capable of being accomplished without having a free hand.
Shiro's detailed past is unknown to anyone. if anyone even asks about it, shiro wipes them out of there memory with one of his special jutsus.

Rasengan
Rasengan (Both English and Japanese), 螺旋丸, literally "Spiraling Sphere", Uzumaki Chronicles "Power Strike"
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
The Rasengan is a technique invented by the Fourth Hokage after three years of development. It requires a very high level of chakra control. The Rasengan incorporates the chakra control learned from the tree-climbing and water-walking exercises to create a ball of concentrated, spinning chakra in the user's hand that is slightly larger than a baseball. For training purposes, teaching the technique is broken into three steps. The first, emphasizing rotation, the user has to learn to pop a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions with their chakra. The second step, emphasizing power, they do the same with a solid rubber ball. Since the rubber is thicker and air is completely different from water, it forces the user to rely mostly on denser chakra to break it. The final step, emphasizing control, the user has to form a complete Rasengan by combining what they learned in the previous two steps and making a ball shape shell around the spinning chakra to hold it in regular shape. A regular balloon is often used to train making the shell. In Part II, Naruto develops an improved version known as the Great Ball Rasengan.
The Rasengan requires no hand seals to perform, instead relying entirely on the chakra control of the user. Once the user creates a stable Rasengan, however, it becomes self-sustaining, so the user does not need to provide any more chakra after forming it. The force of the spinning chakra grinds into whatever it touches, causing major damage. The force of the attack also causes significant internal injury. The user can also release the spinning chakra, creating a violent explosive force at the point of contact. The one drawback of the Rasengan, if it can be considered as such, is that it requires great chakra control. Of course, this will not be a drawback if the user has learned the technique, because they already possess the necessary chakra control. It can be a problem if some force is disrupting the user's ability to mold chakra. Unlike the Chidori, there is no definite limit to the amount of times this technique can be used in a day. Because it uses far less chakra in comparison, it doesn't carry the same over-use risk as the Chidori, either.
Despite the Rasengan being a one-handed technique, Naruto actually uses three or more hands to form it (his one hand makes a shell and his clones spin the chakra) in the first part of the series due to his poor chakra control (which would require spinning it several directions), but in the second part of the series Naruto has been shown to be capable of making a one-handed Rasengan, though he still prefers using clones. When Naruto accesses his tailed transformation states, he can form the Rasengan with one hand by using demon fox chakra to form the shell, which likely provides better control and power. It also forms irregularly and grows as it mixes with the demon fox's chakra, giving it a purple color.
The anime makes light of the Rasengan by making it an "all-purpose jutsu". During episode 168, Naruto uses it to mix the ingredients for noodles quickly and evenly. In episode 177, Jiraiya uses it to create a path through a maze of houses, in order to see through everything behind the walls (inadvertently blasting through a woman's bathroom). While outrunning some ninja, Jiraiya uses it to as a propeller for a boat; in this episode, Naruto even commented that it had become a "cheap trick", even though he himself uses it at Jiraiya's insistence. In episode 194 of the anime, Naruto actually throws a Rasengan to free himself and his friends from a mansion. The last event is a significant deviation on the standard Rasengan, since it is normally hand-held, and may not be canon since these are filler episodes. He does, however, do something similar when first using the technique against Kabuto.
Kakashi explains after the timeskip that the Rasengan is an incomplete technique, since the Fourth Hokage originally planned on combining his own nature manipulation with it, but could not due to his premature death. Naruto, however, is capable of doing so, though his technique is only half finished. Since his chakra is wind-based, his version is known as Wind Release: Rasengan, with a further variation known as Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken.
Additional variants of the Rasengan were used near the end of the Naruto movies. The first movie's variant used the legendary seven-colored chakra. In the second movie, Temujin aided Naruto in creating Rasengans for both hands so that he could defeat Haido (one red from the demon fox's chakra, the other being green from the energy of the gelel stone). In the third, when used on the island Moon Country when the moon was out, the Rasengan became purple and had the image of a crescent moon and star in it.
Water Clone Technique
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, 水分身の術, literally "Water Clone Technique", Viz "Water Replication", English TV "Water Clone Jutsu"
Type: C-rank, Supplementary
This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
Water Prison Technique
Suirō no Jutsu, 水牢の術, literally "Water Prison Technique", English TV "Water Prison Jutsu"
Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. When Tenten is trapped in the water prison she indicates that she can't breathe. Despite this, other characters have been shown remaining within it for long periods of time without incident and are even capable of talking.
Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave
Name: Suiton: Bakusui Shōha, 水遁・爆水衝波, literally "Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave",
Type: Unknown
Using this jutsu, the user can spit a massive amount of water from their mouth. This technique was used by Kisame to turn a significant portion of a desert into an extremely deep lake while engaging Might Guy and his team. The water can then be used for other water-based jutsu.
Water Release: Five Eating Sharks
Name: Suiton: Goshokuzame, 水遁・五食鮫, literally "Water Release: Five Eating Sharks"
Type: Unknown
This jutsu is used when an opponent is knocked into water. From the water, five sharks are created and used to attack the opponent. The sharks must be created in a large amount of water. The user must keep his hand on the water or else the sharks will fall apart, since they are made from chakra. They first attack one-by-one, with each attack Kisame said "First Meal" up to "Fifth Meal". If the sharks suffer severe damage they can quickly regenerate themselves, making this a powerful technique.
Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Name: Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu, 水遁・大瀑布の術, literally "Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique" (a.k.a. "Water Explosion Technique"), English TV "Water Style: Giant Vortex Jutsu"
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Mid to long range (5+m)
This jutsu is used to fire a massive spiraling blast of water at an opponent
Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique
Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu, 水遁・水龍弾の術, literally "Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique", Viz "Water Release: Water Dragon Missile", English TV "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu"
Type: B-rank, Offensive, All ranges
Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. The water used to create the dragon must be present to perform the technique. This technique requires 44 hand seals to perform, more than five times that of almost every other jutsu shown in the series. In the manga the Second Hokage only needs one hand seal to perform this technique, a testament to his skill.
Water Release: Water Encampment Wall
Name: Suiton: Suijinheki, 水遁・水陣壁, literally "Water Release: Water Encampment Wall", English TV "Water Style: Water Wall Jutsu"
Type: B-rank, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Both the Second Hokage and Kakashi Hatake were able to perform this without a water source by spitting the water from their mouths.
Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique
Suiton: Suikōdan no Jutsu, 水遁・水鮫弾の術, literally "Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique", English TV "Water Style: Water Shark Bomb Jutsu"
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
This jutsu utilizes water to attack the enemy with a powerful water burst in the form of a shark.
GENJUTSU'S-
Bringer-of-Darkness Technique
[/Bringer-of-Darkness TechniqueName: Kokuangyō no Jutsu, 黒暗行の術, literally "Bringer of Darkness Technique", English TV "Genjutsu: Infinite Darkness Jutsu"
Type: A-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. In the anime, the Second Hokage was the one to initiate this technique. In the manga, it was the First Hokage.
Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique
Name: Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu, 魔幻・此処非の術, literally "Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique"

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique
Name: Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu, 魔幻・奈烙見の術, literally "Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique"
Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death
Name: Magen: Jubaku Satsu, 魔幻・樹縛殺, literally "Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death"
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
TAJUTSU'S-
Drunken Fist
Intoxicated Lee demolishing the restaurantName: Suiken, 酔拳, literally "Drunken Fist"
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
This unusual style of combat can't be learned or taught. It only occurs naturally, and requires the user to be drunk. Decent skill in some form of combat may also be helpful. Once the former condition is met, the user becomes an unpredictable fighter seemingly unable to discern friend from foe. Lee is particularly talented in this form of combat, hence his sensei's concern whenever he learns that Lee may be exposed to alcohol. The unpredictability combined with Lee's formidable taijutsu skills makes him a force to be reckoned with. Kimimaro Kaguya was only able to hold Lee off by partially activating his cursed seal.
Drunken Fist is based on the 8 Immortals Zui Quan style of Chinese martial arts. In the actual martial art, however, intoxication is not a factor; rather, the 'drunken' movements are used to confuse opponents.
Dynamic Entry
Dynamic EntryName: Dainamikku-Entorī, ダイナミック・エントリー, literally "Dynamic Entry",
Type: D-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
This jutsu is simply a flying jump kick at an enemy while he is distracted by a kunai knife thrown before being spotted. Lee's version tends to be much slower than Guy's, reflecting a difference in skill.
Leaf Gale
Rock Lee using Leaf Gale on NarutoName: Konoha Reppū, 木ノ葉烈風, literally "Leaf Gale" (a.k.a. "Konoha Gale" or "Konoha Strong Wind"), English TV "Leaf Whirlwind"
Type: D-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Using his quickness and agility, Lee performs a spinning kick to sweep his opponent off their feet.
Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Lee using Shadow of the Dancing LeafName: Kage Buyō, 影舞葉, literally "Shadow of the Dancing Leaf", Viz "Shadow of the Dancing Leaf" (a.k.a. "Shadow Leaf Dance"), English TV "Dancing Leaf Shadow"
Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack.
Using his Sharingan, Sasuke was able to copy this move when Rock Lee used it on him. Unlike Lee, however, he hasn't had sufficient training to avoid the body strain from using the technique.
Apperence-
