There is a certain skyscraper on the outskirts of the city. For those who know – and know somebody – access is granted at any time of the day or night. Once inside, there are many floors for the consumer to choose from. Each floor has a set theme: weapons, chemical solutions, and even sale of the flesh. Anything that you could want can be found in this one building. And if it isn’t here already, they’ll have it to you by tomorrow. This is the home of the Black Market in Agartha. The military leaders ignore its existence and get 30% off the price of any illegal weapon they care to entertain as well as the first choice among the girls – and sometimes boys – sold in the illustrious tower. Each room on the many floors contains a different vendor. So shop carefully, and you might even find a good deal. Access into Velgarth is extremely difficult to get. You have to know someone personally and be granted a special card before you are allowed in. Four toughs that guard the front entrance deter even the most determined of non-members.
