I have a few favorites.
Hannibal Lecter - What makes Hannibal a great villain is the fact that when I am watching the movies, I always have a feeling that he can strike at any moment. He always has the upper hand. Even when he was in prison it still seemed like he had the upper hand. He seems all-powerful and all-knowing. That's what makes him so scary. Kudos to Anthony Hopkins for becoming one of the finest movie villains of all time.
Mr. Blonde -"Are you gonna bark all day little doggy... or are you gonna bite?" Mr. Blonde is the ultimate in badass. And he's sharp tongued as well. He's just so sinister, you never know if he can be trusted or not. He's simply a bad dude.
Roy Batty - Part of what makes Roy Batty great is that he can be sympathized with. He just wants to live. And he has great monologues. Also, the ending scenes when Deckard is duking it out with Batty is so scary. It's the same with him as it is with Hannibal. It seems that he is totally unstoppable. A great acting job on the part of Rutger Hauer.

Obviously I like Goldfinger as my favorite villain, my second favorite has to be the gun slinger (played by Yul Brenner 0_o) from Westworld by Micheal Crichton.

Dr. DOOM: I just love his ability, his power, his intelligence and even his plan; to be superior to everyone else or to take over the world. In Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, in my opinion I thought he was god when he's on the silver "board". Anyways I really think he is an amazing villain especially in the comics.

Number one vilian ever was Hanable but number two was almost as good and that was Hickey from Last Man Standing staring Bruce Willis

Gabriel Shear, hands down. John Travolta plays him in Swordfish. Hes a mastermind thinker who's steps ahead of everybody else... simply amazing, a true thinker of a villain.

Travolta did well as a bad guy in The Punisher as well
I would have never pegged him as a good actor in a villian role

Talkin2meBITCH Travolta did well as a bad guy in The Punisher as well I would have never pegged him as a good actor in a villian role ed Yeah I thought about Punisher too but there are another movie that I thought he played a crazy villain, Faceoff. He was awesome, insane, brilliant and very twisted. He played a good role in Face off. Even Broken arrow, he was a VILLAIN lol. John Travolta is such a great actor.

OMG he was... The Jackal. When I saw him with that big a** rifle, I was scare and I was scare when Jack Black's character was... you know. It was brutal especially the bullet was like 7 inches long or probably bigger. Anyways he was amazing as a villain and his character was ******** awesome. Anyways if you haven't see it, you should watch it. It's really good and they played one scene in Montreal, Represent . whee

lol but he's not a actor but Jack Nicholson did play The Joker very well. I can't wait for Heath Ledger's role of The Joker in Dark Knight. Can't Wait!!

Ralph Fiennes as Amon Goeth in Schindler's List. Scariest f-ing thing I have ever seen. Also, Heath Ledger's Joker.
