I actually doubt that many of you have even heard of this little band. Anyway TRUSTcompany used to be a quartet lead by Kevin Palmer. The band was originally called Down 41 but changed their name as not to be confused with the band Sum 41. The band was originally started with Kevin Palmer and Jason Singleton in 1997 and shortly recruited Josh Moates and James Fukai. The band released it's debut album, July 23, 2002 titled The Lonely Position of Neutral. Their lead off single "Downfall" gained massive exposure on MTV2's Headbanger's Ball. Due to a 10 month delay, the band was able to release their Sophomore, and sadly final album on March 22, 2005 titled True Parallels. The albums first and only single "Stronger" made moderate success. Supposedly their second single was supposed to be "The War is Over" says drummer Jason Singleton. In August 2005 lead singer and guitarist Kevin Palmer left the band due to personal issues and the band was pretty much disbanded. But not to long after the fall of TRUSTcompany, Kevin Palmer and original bassist Josh Moates joined to form Amity Lane and released their debut album in October 31, 2006 titled The Sound of Regret. As for the rest of the members, Jason Singleton formed a new baned called Arm in Arms and is the current drummer. James Fukai reunited with his old band, Hematovore and are currently signed to Acrebic Noise Development. As for Walker Warren, he was pretty much not heard from.

Nope, the band writes their name as Trust Co. or TRUSTcompany. It's how it's listed on their album covers.

If I ever meet Kevin Palmer I'm going to kick him in the nuts for what he did. I'll make sure his wife, Layla is there to see it.
