Is there a way to die without having salad? I just hate salad thats all and I never ever want to eat them no matter what. That is part of my weakness, I'm not attracted to snacks like candy, but dinner is the problem. There is never anything healthy for dinner and everyone just says "Salad is the way to go" and blablabla. Is there anything else to snack on other than salad for dinner?

Yes, of coarse there is, actually..my salads are usually more calories than my other dinners. xd *weakness for ranch*

You can get one of those lean cuisine meals for dinner, I got a pizza one today and it didnt have that many calories, about 270 maybe.
I dont know why people always tell you to eat a salad on a diet, yea...lettuce and carrots only will make you lose weight but..not many people only put that. They put dressing, and bread, meat. and alll this other stuff.

Lean Cuisine? I never heard of one of those. Are Lean Pockets all right to eat?
My mom eats salad, but only puts lettuce and ranch on it.

Im not sure, I havent eaten them, look at the calorie count, the lean cuisine was 290 apiece 3nodding Id say If it was a lunch..300-400 would be good.. depending on what you would eat for breakfast lunch and maybe a snack, and the total amount of calories your suppose to eat in a day. It may be more or less than that

Do you hate all veggies or just plain salad with lettuce and dressing only?

I eat lots of veggies but barely salads. My favorite is to slice a tomato and top each slice of tomato with a thinnish slice of mozzarella cheese (this is actually called caprese salad). You can top it off with basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.... all those things, some or none and it tastes wonderful anyway you make it.

I love to bake a yam, sweet potato or a quarter of an acorn squash as either a side or a snack.

No matter what, don't just eat salad alone- eat a protein with it (like chicken or tofu is you're veggie). If you just eat lettuce and salad dressing, you'll wind up with empty calories from the dressing and you won't get any benefit from the lettuce- you'll still be hungry (or at least you'll get hungry faster)!
