Ienzo Spellcraft looked up from his place in the dictionary, eyes wide open in disbelief.
Nobody (nō'bŏd'ē, -bŭd'ē, -bə-dē) pron. No person; not anyone.

A person of no importance or influence.
Something about the word reminded him of something. He dug hard through his memories to find anything that would connect him with the word. Nobody. There was a different definition to it, too, not just what the dictionary had written.
As he searched his brain for answers, an image of a person appeared in front of him. Though the person looked a lot like him in many ways, he appeared to carry an air of apathy, something which frightened him slightly. In his full-length black leather cloak, the person looked almost invisible in the darkness of his closed eyelids.
"Dear, dear Ienzo; you've no memory of our existence? It's deplorable; and here we worked so hard to come back."
Ienzo shot his eyes open. The image dissapeared.
Sweating a little, he hurriedly put the dictionary back in its rightful place and rushed as quietly as he could out of the library. He knew he should probably call his closest friends, Even Claget and Elaeus Kirk, and ask them to reassure him that he was merely lacking sleep and that he shouldn't read as much science fiction as he had been lately. But something about accepting this incident as a halucination from lack of sleep disturbed him in some way.
Instead, he set out to look for Amaru Li and Relena Ingram. They were much more ready to accept the strange as the possible, and he might actually get some more fulfilling answers about the mysterious voice in his head.
"You know I'm more than just a voice. Deep down, you do. You merely must awaken the sleeping memories that lie dormant in you."
Ienzo shuddered. He walked faster. Perhaps if he walked faster, the voice in his head would be drowned out by the pounding of his heart.
At the thought of his heart, another click feeling set off in his brain, like puzzle pieces falling into place.
If only he could remember where Amaru or Relena were most likely to be.
