I started to take notice of the bottle of Diet Root Beer in my refrigerator and you know what I noticed? It said 0 Calories! And 0 sugar! The only thing that didn't have zero was 100 mg of sodium, is that alot? So I didn't believe any of this. Obviously, so what do you guys think?

If it's on the label it has to be true by law. However, I saw on another forum here that if it is below 5 calories per serving, the company can claim it as '0' calories or low-calorie. And honestly, that is quite a lot of sugar.
