i dunno if anybody really knows it since it's not an anime yet
but i love the manga and it's out to volume four in the states
then again so far so good

it's about a group of beauticians that make different girls bautiful and they're all members of this group called the SP (scissors project) and this new first year is really good at hair cutting but she's really apathetic and doesn't really talk to people much
but that's basically the story line
