(Signature Jutsu) Raiharetsu [Lightning Explosion] - Hitane will generate lightning in his hand and then strike his target causing an explosive impact. He refers to it as his "perfect technique", and unlike with Chidori, he has not made any variations to it. The unfinished version of this technique was his first lightning technique. This jutsu cannot be copied normally with Sharingan, because of its difficullty, and the intense training required to reproduce it, Uchiha can only imitate a very basic version of the technique.
Chidori Pulse - A technique that involves a powerful electrical blast, emitted from Hitane's body, that will hit a nearby enemy, causing him to take electrical damage and go numb
Lightning Clouds Technique - A technique that causes a very small, localised thunderstorm to appear above, making it easier to call down lightning, and restrict his opponent's aerial attacks
Demonic Illusion: Evil Dream - A technique that Hitane uses when he looks into the eyes of the opponent with 3-tomoe sharingan activated, Hitane will place them in a genjutsu that mimics reality, so although the opponent would collapse in reality, they would still continue to fight in the dream, allowing Hitane to literally kill them in their sleep. It is not nearly as powerful as Tsukiyomi, but still very difficult to escape from, especially as the opponent will rarely realise what has happened, it is even said that Hitane once buried someone alive, they were trapped in the genjutsu up till the moment of their death.
Lightning Clone Technique- A technique that allows Hitane to make a clone out of lightning, that can shock enemies by touching them and can be detonated by Hitane.
Long Sword of Sky Technique: A technique that Hitane uses to levitate his Katana. Forming the needed hand seal will cause the sword to activate and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area.
Lightning Sphere: This technique will create a sphere of protection around Hitane and let him prepare an attack without fear of being damaged by incoming attack. It can be extended to surround his allies, but the larger the barrier the more chakra it costs.
Tendril Lightning - Hitane makes some strange handseals, then will generate lightning from his palms which he can whip around to destroy his surroundings, and attack his enemies, giving them a powerful shock.
Spiritual Link - This complicated fuuinjutsu involves extracting a demon from one person and placing it in another body, it takes a lot of chakra but the advantage is that if the user co-operates, they will survive the process. For the link to be successful, a sacrifice body has to be used, and transformed to take on the form of the original host.
Summonings:
.:Beetle Summons:. Hitane has a summon tattoo on his left arm:  Lord Kuwagata: The beetle lord. He is extremely big, and can generate a ball of chakra with his middle claws which he can release as a devastating attack. - Spirit Sphere Release - Kuwagata releases a glowing ball of chakra from his clutch. Once let go it will fly straight forward destroying everything in its path at an enormous speed. - Six Rush Tackle - The beetle lord will lower himself so he stands on all his legs. His wings release from beneath his yukata and will start fluttering immensely. Then in a burst of speed he will fly forward and tackle his opponent. - Horn Impalement Technique - Once close enough Lord Kuwagata will clap his two hands onto the floor. Letting chakra pour from his hands were and freeze the enemy for one second. Then while the enemy is frozen he lifts his horn through the opponent. Beetle Swarm: A thousand small beetles in a large swarm is summoned. They are mainly used for group attacks, but can be put into smaller groups. - Beetle Drain - The beetle swarm surrounds the enemy and closes in to suck the opponents chakra and either give it to their summoner or keep it for themselves. - Swarm Punch - The beetle swarm turns into a large fist and strikes at the enemy. Destroyer Beetle: A big beetle which main purpose is to destroy whatever lies beneath it when summoned, but can fight with weapons or jutsu of the same element as the summoner. Beetle: A regular beetle (cannot do anything special). Used for whatever the user wants him/her to do. Can be big or small, the summoner decides.
.:Barrier Summons:. (This scroll can only be used by S-Rank ninja) Rashoumon: A large wall with a face on it. Only purpose is to block an oncoming attack. - Sealed Gate - Blocks any oncoming attack, then disappears. (Amaterasu and Bijuu-based attacks included) Triple Rashoumon: Three large walls in sucession with faces on them. Their only purpose is to block incoming attacks. - Triple Sealed Gate - Blocks one attack per gate (3 Attacks obviously) then disappear. (Amaterasu and Bijuu-based attacks included) Takes 1/4th of your chakra everytime you use, this is to stop overuse. Use it more than 3 times in a battle or in a short space of time, your character instantly dies.Spiked Gate: A large gate covered in spikes that hurts the enemy if they run into it. (Can both a moderately powerful attack, then disappears.) Bridge: Summons a bridge, can be any size, the user decides. Can be used to cross rivers, swamps, etc. Gives decent protection to the user while crossing, eg, could be used to enter Hidden Star Village without the user being poisoned.
Known Weapons/Items:Hitane carries basic equipment, including Kunai, Shuriken, Windmill Shuriken and more. He also carries a medical kit, and his signature weapon, a Katana that is known as Denkou.
The katana was originally designed for the Rokubi Jinchuurik, but Hitane stole it shortly after joining Akatsuki. It has several abilities, most of which are unknown, but it is confirmed that it enhances lightning element ninjutsu.

Born in to the Uchiha Clan, fire had always been an important element in Hitane's life. The Uchiha Clan recognises it's members as adults when they first master a fire technique, but for some reason, Hitane had a lot of trouble with it. Eventually, it was discovered that Hitane's chakra element was Lightning, instead of the traditional fire, and he studied to master jutsu such as Chidori, even going for occasional training sessions in Hidden Cloud.
It was during one of these that Itachi attacked the Uchiha Clan, and killed virtually everyone. Hitane was warned by messengers from Konoha, and told to stay in Hidden Cloud, but soon enough Itachi caught up to him. Hitane fought back, and despite being clearly outmatched, he was able to put of a good fight for a while. However, once Itachi activated the Mangekyou Sharingan it was over within minutes. Instead of killing Hitane however, Itachi persuaded him to join himself and one of Hitane's other cousins, Mathew, in Akatsuki, in exchange for the secrets of the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Having gathered the information he needed, Hitane is now a member of Akatsuki, fulfilling his end of the deal. Hitane's goal is to capture and seal the Rokubi demon, and aquire the Mangekyou Sharingan, so he can finally be known as the strongest shinobi in the land.
ANBU Notes: Target is extremely dangerous and must not be approached at any time. He is no longer regarded a shinobi of Konoha, or Kumo for that matter. Only S-Class nin should attempt capture.

Hitane's Kekkai Genkai Techniques: (In detail)
Sharingan (Mastered):
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
Sharingan Hypnosis Technique:
Available only to those who possess the Sharingan, it hypnotises the opponent and lets the user suggest thoughts and actions to them. The user often follows a successful hypnosis with constant mimicry of the opponent's movements and speaking out their thoughts in perfect synch, which they are able to do since they are the ones suggesting those movements and thoughts in the first place; this greatly bewilders the opponent and makes it appear as if the user can see the future.
Sharingan Replay Ability:
This ability can transfer information and experience to other people by making them replay events and things that happened using their sharingan.
Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi - Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade:
Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.
Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique
Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Magen • Kyouten Chiten - Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Magen • Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Utakata - Ephemeral
Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.
Bijuu Sight Ability (Can see/suppress the power of a bijuu, an ability previously demonstrated by Sasuke Uchiha):
This ability, first used by Uchiha Madara, allows a particularly powerful sharingan user to "see" the bijuu inside of a jinchuurik. They can also suppress the bijuu's power, making the jinchuurik unable to call upon the chakra or powers of their demon.

Hitane's Ninjutsu Techniques: (In Detail)
Normal Ninjutsu
Substitution Jutsu
Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Body Flicker Jutsu
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Clone Jutsu
Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
Exploding Shadow Clone Jutsu
Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.
Transformation Jutsu
Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Exploding Tag Activate
This is one of the most basic ninjutsu techniques in existence. The ninja makes a handseal, and their exploding tag will detonate, blasting the enemy to bits. It cannot be used to activate an enemy's exploding tag.
Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal:
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.
Akatsuki Astral Projection Technique
This unnamed astral projection technique is used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.
Shape Changing Technique
Shouten no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the leader of Akatsuki. This technique will allow a person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the almost real form of another. This technique is like Edo Tensei, but it allows for a live ninja to inhabit the body of another. Also unlike Henge which is just an appearance transformation for a ninja, this technique will allow the sacrifice to play the host for a virtual copy of another ninja.
The other ninja will totally control the sacrifice and donate a portion of their own chakra to the sacrifice to provide it chakra. While the ninja acts in the sacrifice body, it can perform most all techniques it normally does apparently except for bloodline techniques, though even this may be a limitation of the chakra. This is because the techniques are limited to however much chakra the ninja has donated. Once the chakra runs out and the sacrifical body dies, the shape change will end and the lifeless body of the sacrifice will be revealed.
Camoflage Concealment Technique
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by Rock ninja. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja can grant themself near invisibility.
Lightning Element Ninjutsu
Chidori - Thousand Birds
Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Chidori Nagashi - Thousand Birds Current
Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his attacks.
Chidori Senbon (Unnamed)
This unnamed Lightning Element technique was developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path.
Chidori Sword (Unnamed)
This unnamed Lightning Element technique was developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.
Lightning Bolt Fang
Raisou (Lightning Burial): Ikadzuchi no Kiba is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Raiga's target.
Lightning Strike Armor
Ninpou: Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga spin the blades to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his body and his swords. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly.
Lightning Ball
Raikyuu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will form a ball of electricity which he can hurl at his opponent.
Lightning Dragon Tornado
Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Hitane's Genjutsu Techniques: (In Detail)
Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique
Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
Kokuangyou no Jutsu - Journey into Black Darkness Technique
Kokuangyou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the ninja's opponent to be enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat.
Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.
Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique
Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion.
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.
