A group of friends were walking through town, only to find an abandoned theater.
It was called 'Wrings'.
The theater was made in the 1960's, but closed down thirty years later for an unknown reason.
And slowly, that unknown secret is unfolding.
And we'll leave it at that.

It was rather interesting what stories people could come up with about vampires. That they couldn’t come out in the sun and they would turn into a pile of ash if they did? Well, he could understand where they had come up with that one. After all, it was very common for vampires to have pale skin and look like they hadn’t the light of day for centuries. However, that wasn’t the case at all. He could walk into the blazing sun and would be affected like any other person. Well, for some strange reason he would never tan. His skin would go a few shades peachier, but he could never achieve a crisp, golden tan. Pity.
And him turning into a bat? He would never understand where that one came from. Seriously, turning into an animal? Well, there were werewolves and all, but still! What would they think of next? That vampires could go through keyholes? Oh, too late. Another myth of the illustrious race of vampires. Of course, it’s not like he could go and prove them wrong. Nobody knew he was a vampire outside of his family, who insisted in not breaching the tradition of every male heir to be named Dracula.
Though, he somehow convinced his teachers and his friends to refer to him as “Drac”. Strangely enough, nobody thought his original name was geeky. It might have partially because it seemed that his long line of family was gifted with good looks. And it was an added bonus that they got to live to near eternity. Near eternity being only if someone didn’t kill you. Go figure. It seemed his eyes held a somehow held mesmerising charisma that had could be used along the lines of the power of suggestion. Of course, he couldn’t go and hypnotize someone to rob a bank, but he was rather good at negotiations and calming people down. Those kind of things.
Earlier that day, Drac rummaged through his semi-gothic closet and picked out some clothes to wear to the rendezvous with his friends. He grumbled and remembered his mother had put his clothes in the washing machine. Hey, with all this technology to make your life easier, why not use it? He extracted a simple black t-shirt and some dark, faded out jeans, promptly putting them on. Grabbing his dark violet messenger bag and slinging it on his shoulder, he went out of his room and down the stairs. They creaked a tiny bit with each step, but what did he expect? They did after all live in an old Victorian home. “Mom, I’m going out!” He yelled as he reached the door, and went outside, locking it and then going on his way. Where was he going again?
Good thing he had chosen a t-shirt, as it was pretty warm outside with the sun shining with such ferocity. It was nice to just wander around the city, not having a particular destination. One always rushed through life and never took time to enjoy things, and truly experience their own city. Generally, one only knew their own neighbourhood where they lived and the neighbourhood where they worked. Well, in his current lifetime he had gone through quite a few towns across the country, or even through a few continents. Every twenty five or thirty years they would pack up and leave. He’d go to a new school or find a new job and start over. Again, and again.
